The construction process of double-cylinder cement water glass grouting machine is as follows:

2.Slurry: Accurately weigh water glass, cement, water and admixture according to the weight ratio, put it into a clean container and stir evenly, and the slurry can be used with the mixing.
3.Drilling: Use a drilling machine to drill holes in the parts that need to be reinforced.
4.Insert the grouting pipe: Insert the grouting pipe into the borehole, and the bottom of the pipe should be 50mm away from the bottom of the hole.
5.Plugging the orifice: In order to prevent the grout from rising, add a ball valve at the lower end of the grouting pipe, plug the borehole with cement mortar, and then carry out grouting after the mortar reaches a certain strength.
6.Inject the first cylinder of cement water glass slurry: open the grouting pump, inject the cement water glass mortar prepared in the first cylinder, at the beginning of the injection, the pressure should be properly controlled, and the pressure can be adjusted to the normal value only after the air in the grouting pipe is exhausted.
7.Replacement mortar: When the first cylinder of slurry reaches a certain strength, the second cylinder of slurry can be injected to replace the mortar.
8.Hole sealing: After the slurry is injected, the remaining slurry in the hole should be sealed and compacted, and then the surface of the reinforcement part should be smoothed.
