Units applying for the qualification of geological disaster prevention and control units shall apply to the provincial-level people's ** natural resources department in the place where the unit is registered, and submit the following materials:
1) Qualification application;
2) Business license or certificate of legal person of public institution;
C) the list of relevant professional and technical personnel, ID cards, professional title certificates, academic certificates, social insurance records paid by the unit for three consecutive months before the application, and the appointment or appointment documents of the technical director;
