"Flowers", which accompanied the audience on New Year's Eve, finally ushered in the ending.
Wong Kar-wai, who went down to save the TV drama circle, did hand over an answer sheet that satisfied the audience, unlike the previous national drama finale, the word of mouth did not increase but declined, "Flowers" went all the way, and finally more than 170,000 viewers played 83 high ratings.
There is no doubt that "Flowers" is a success, and actors such as Hu Ge, Ma Yili, Tang Yan, Xin Zhilei and other actors spent three full years filming this work, and after all, their efforts have paid off.
It's just that after watching the finale of this 30-episode "Flowers", my heart is mixed, and it seems to be satisfying, but I feel aggrieved.
It is undeniable that "Flowers" shows high quality everywhere, and it is also very different from previous national dramas.
Even the finale does not follow the usual path, neither will it be forcibly like "Yi Nian Guan Mountain", let the protagonist receive boxed lunches one after another, and the team will become a grave pile, nor will it forcibly reunite, so that everyone has a perfect result.
Mr. Bao (played by Hu Ge), who once dominated the Yellow River Road, finally left the Yellow River Road, like countless Bao who stood on the peak and fell to the bottom, leaving alone.
But Miss Wang (played by Tang Yan) became famous overnight with her jeans business, from Miss Wang to President Wang, but the person she desperately wanted to prove to them had already left. didn't give the slap back to Jin Meilin's proprietress , and she couldn't be in Zhizhen Garden with infinite scenery, except for the unchanged Jingxiu Brother, Miss Wang also became a rookie in the eyes of strangers on the Yellow River Road.
and Lingzi (played by Ma Yili), who decided to go to Hong Kong to do business, also let go of her ambition to surpass the Yellow River Road, but it was indeed smooth sailing to get back Lingzi who belonged to her own luck.
And in the finale, the most exciting thing is the business battle between Mr. Bao and Qiang Mujie (played by Huang Jue). I thought it would be a win and a loss, but it was Mr. Bao who turned back into Bao, and Qiang Mujie also paid for his selfishness, and was taken away for investigation by the investigation for manipulating **.
However, the fact that this business war ended in such a way is reasonable and unexpected. did not follow the audience's expectations, so that this struggle had a life-and-death situation, but showed another ending in the business war duel, with 1,000 enemies injured and 800 self-losses, and there was no winner after the gunshot.
The intervention of the Qilin Society made the outcome of this business war more plausible, and it was easy to deify Mr. Bao by relying on the strength of Mr. Bao alone to fight against the consortium of Qiang Mujie, resulting in a completely distorted ending. However, the Qilin Club, as the head snake that has been rooted in Shanghai for many years, used the exchange of interests to help Mr. Bao, but in fact, it saved itself, making it a strong dragon against the head snake in the position.
This is also in response to the sentence that a strong dragon can't suppress the head snake, although the Kirin Club did not want to cooperate with Mr. Bao at the beginning, but it had no choice but to involve his own interests, so he could only save himself while saving Mr. Bao.
There is no real business war than this, there has never been a ruthless heart, and no one will be compassionate and looking for a win-win solution. Compared with those domestic dramas that shoot business wars like a family, and no one loses in the end, but turns the duel into cooperation, the realism of "Flowers" is stronger.
Coupled with the interpretation of Mr. A, it also gave Li Li (played by Xin Zhilei) a foothold for Mr. Bao's feelings of being both enemies and friends, because Mr. Bao had too many similarities with Mr. A, and even his appearance, which made her love and hate Mr. Bao, robbed him of his business, and helped him.
There is also the presentation of the CP ending of Miss Wang and Mr. Bao that everyone is looking forward to, the two have kept each other's promises, but because of the difference in status, they have changed from being close at hand to being far away from the Huangpu River, and they are destined to have no way to come together.
Overall, the ending of this drama is very satisfying, it continues to be exciting, and there is no business war in the end, which still makes people feel hearty.
But there are also regrets.
Although judging from the whole "Flowers", it is a wonderful group drama, and the story line of each character is very full, but the real protagonist is still Mr. Bao played by Hu Ge.
It's a pity that at the end, Mr. Bao didn't have many shots, and even the business battle duel that was heavily foreshadowed in the early stage became Mr. Bao's desperate gamble in the end, paying for the result, but it was the Kirin Club, and he won the game.
Not giving a treasure is always not a clear result of complete bankruptcy, but just using the final agreement between him and Miss Wang to remind the audience that he did not choose to end his life like Mr. A.
The director's real preference is Miss Wang, and he gave her the most perfect ending, allowing her to truly prove herself. But in fact, judging from Miss Wang's character, blindly moving forward, without considering reality, it is still difficult to succeed without the help of Mr. Bao.
Therefore, Miss Wang's ending is more like the director deliberately thought of a good result for her, and too many shots are presented, and it also feels a bit noisy.
However, compared to these, the most regrettable thing is the vague endings of the two characters.
The first one, uncle
Mr. Bao insisted on going his own way and wanted to make his clothing company go public, but his uncle (played by You Benchang) did not conspire with each other and chose to leave.
In the original work, the uncle finally jumped off the building lonely, but after the adaptation of the drama version, the uncle left a look back and left. Before leaving, he gave the philatelic album of Jin Hua (played by Wu Yue) to the other party, drawing an end to the relationship between the two.
But just explaining the relationship between the two is not what the audience wants to see the most, even if he doesn't design the ending of jumping off the building, at least he should give a more direct explanation.
Will Uncle go to achieve the next Mr. Bao, or will he withdraw from the capital market? As one of the most exciting supporting roles in the whole play, I am afraid that the ending of Uncle will be difficult for everyone to be satisfied.
second place, Li Li
Li Li chose to leave the day before the business war was completely over, but she was still taken away by the police for investigation because she played an important role in this business war. In the end, she left a back for the audience, telling everyone that a few years later, she would become a monk in Huanan Temple in Guangzhou.
This is in line with the original book, but unfortunately the plot of the 30 episodes does not depict Li Li's family and background in detail, and only explains the relationship between her and Mr. A and Mr. Bao one by one.
The sudden ordination lacks logic, and there is a perfunctory sense that it is just for the sake of photographing the original work.
Li Li is a very calm and rational female image, who spent tens of millions of dollars on the Yellow River Road to open the Zhizhenyuan Hotel, which rewrote the fate of many people on the Yellow River Road.
So after watching "Flowers", are you more surprised or regretful?
