This project is a river-view mansion formed by two sets of 3-bedroom apartments. The designer abandoned the traditional model of integrating the living room and dining room, and integrated the first floor into a living room, completely separating the upper and lower floors of the living room and dining room functions, and dividing the functions of "clear and clear", making the family space more orderly and conditioned. 
Extracting the essence of traditional Hokkien style and modern minimalist design techniques, it skillfully balances the needs of two generations for two spiritual temperaments. 
Art coffee table, plant landscaping, sculpture ornaments ......Some of the breath of life is orderly in the space, simple but not small objects can be seen everywhere, the space removes superfluous decorations, returns to the pure atmosphere of rest and tranquility, and applies a few strokes of visual language, that is, to meet the needs of the coexistence of function and form. 
02 A dazzling red at the entrance of the Minnan Red Door injects vitality into the black and gray TV background wall. This is the red brick color of southern Fujian that every Hokkien person is familiar with, and its embedding is natural in the black, white and gray dwelling. 
The traditional red clay ceiling of the living room on the first floor forms a sharp color contrast with the black and gray floor, and the warmth of red earth neutralizes the cold of modern gray, building a balance between cold and warm. Underneath its appearance, it carries the endless rich depth of life. 
The large red art cabinet echoes the red spiral staircase leading to the second floor, giving the residence endless vitality with Hokkien red. Jumping color elements add drama to an otherwise monotonous hue.
