Welcome to Huang Wei's practical encyclopedia column of enterprise management! We say that the top-level design is the design drawing, planning drawing, and rendering of the enterprise, and only when our top-level design becomes clear, can we become effective at the implementation level.
Design must have methods and tools, and the core of the top-level design of the enterprise isFive Elements Value Model。The five elements model, following the principle of Tai Chi Yin and Yang, creates a profitable and valuable enterprise, making money by products, products are yang, value depends on capital, capital is yin, and enterprises can only achieve the value of making money and valuable enterprises through the combination of products and capital.
The five elements refer to metal, water, wood, fire, and earth, which correspond to our business design, industrial fission, equity layout, capital planning, and organizational planning.
The first step of top-level design is commercial designThrough industry analysis, strategic positioning, and business model, find the company's industry track, industrial location, and business strategy, and strategy is to choose and trade-off, whether your business makes money or not, has a lot to do with your choice. We have to choose an industry and track to make money, how to make money, is the business model, the essence of which is the relationship between buyers and sellers, is the way to make money.
The second step of top-level design is industrial fission, represented by the five elements, is water, and water can change with all things. Fission is one to two, two to four, and so on. Industrial fission is to promote the upgrading of the industry to high-end, intelligent and green fission through the design of industrial chains, industrial alliances, and the combination of industry and finance, in accordance with the development ideas of industrial projects, industrial clusters and industrial bases, and through the horizontal fission and vertical fission of the industrial chain, so as to build a modern industrial system and achieve strategic tenfold growth.
The third step of top-level design is equity layout, which is represented by five elements, is wood. Wood represents germination, equity layout, is to use equity to integrate talents, funds, and resources to dig gold mines. Equity is money and power, money can be divided, power must be controlled, through equity distribution, to integrate all resources for my use.
The fourth step of top-level design is capital planning, which is represented by the five elements, is fire. Fire represents upward, red and red. Every enterprise should have a dream of going public, and at least use the standards of listing to govern the enterprise. The boss is the ceiling of a business, and if you don't have lofty ideals and your employees follow you, you can't see hope. If the enterprise does not become bigger, it will be through financing and equity integration. Why do others want your equity? Do others want to reciprocate, or do they want to benefit? To convince others that your equity is valuable, the listing path is an effective way to amplify the value of your equity. Once a company goes public, the wealth of the company and its shareholders is maximized.
The fifth step of top-level design is organizational planning, which is represented by five elements, is soil. Soil represents bearing capacity and fertility. The stronger the organizational gene of an enterprise, the stronger the enterprise, and the more wealth it generates. No matter how good the top-level design is, it must be implemented through organizations and people. Organizational planning is to build a platform + partner organization, partnership to win the world, turn employees into makers, and managers into operators, so as to achieve co-creation, co-governance, co-responsibility, sharing and symbiosis.
Those who do not seek eternity are not enough to seek a moment; Those who do not seek the overall situation are not enough to seek a domain. People who can't think about problems in the long term can't see the problems in front of them, and people who can't fully grasp the situation can't handle the details well. A leaf is blind, not Mount Tai, a domain is blind, and the overall situation is not seen. Looking at the problem from the strategic, macro, overall and top-level perspectives, only then can we have the momentum and mind of "climbing Mount Tai and making the world small".
The top-level design of the enterprise five-element value model is the high-dimensional wisdom of top entrepreneurs, the beginning of the knower's action, the doer's knowledge, and the entrepreneur's only truly practicing the unity of knowledge and action, our enterprise can be reborn.
