In order to ensure the safety of highway traffic during the Spring Festival in 2024, in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals", the Public Security Traffic Management Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Tianjin Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau, and the Traffic Management Bureau of the Hebei Provincial Public Security Department have decidedFrom 0:00 on February 9, 2024 (Chinese New Year's Eve) to 24:00 on February 17, 2024 (the eighth day of the first lunar month)., the implementation of dangerous goods transport vehicle restriction measures, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Dangerous goods transport vehicles (including dangerous goods transport vehicles holding the "Road Transport Permit for Highly Toxic Chemicals") are prohibited from driving on expressways within the administrative area of Beijing.
2. Dangerous goods transport vehicles (including dangerous goods transport vehicles with designated time, route and speed report voucher for motor vehicle carrying hazardous chemicals, designated time, route and speed report voucher for dangerous goods other than the catalogue of hazardous chemicals carried by motor vehicles) and dangerous goods transport vehicles with road transport permit for highly toxic chemicals) are prohibited from driving on highways within the administrative area of Tianjin.
3. Dangerous goods transport vehicles (including dangerous goods transport vehicles holding the "Road Transport Permit for Highly Toxic Chemicals") are prohibited from driving on highways within the administrative area of Hebei Province.
