1. Poor lubrication
Due to the harsh working environment of the equipment, the lubrication of the supporting shaft will deteriorate after a period of use. At this time, the carrier shaft lubricating oil will not achieve the lubrication effect. At this time, if the operator does not change the oil according to the oil change standard or does not change the oil for a long time, it will cause the viscosity of the lubricating oil to decrease, or the oil emulsification, or the oil contains dust impurities, etc., which can cause the carrier shaft to heat up. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the quality of the lubricating oil or replace it with a new one regularly, in short, to maintain the cleanliness of the lubricating oil and good lubrication effect.
2. The circulating water is blocked, caused by poor smoothness, or the circulation pipe is aging
Because the equipment is different from other crushing equipment, it will produce a very high temperature in the work, so once the circulating water is blocked or not smooth, it will lead to poor circulation cooling effect and cause the roller shaft to heat up, or when the circulating water pipe inside the roller is aging and leaking, the lubricating oil will emulsify, the oil quality will deteriorate, and the roller shaft will heat up. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the cooling water working smoothly, do not make too many impurities in the circulating cooling water, and at the same time, it is also necessary to regularly check the aging degree of the circulating water pipe to avoid water leakage due to the aging of the circulating water pipe.
3. The surface of the wheel belt and the supporting roller is stressed
Under the condition of normal stress, the contact surface of the supporting roller and the wheel belt should be the same as the bright color degree, and there is no obvious longitudinal light and dark stripe on the wheel belt. If there are light and dark stripes, the bright side indicates that the bearing pad is stressed on the bearing side, and the other side is smaller. If there is a gap between the wheel and the roller at the dark stripe, and the area of the dark stripe is large, the roller shaft will be heated. Therefore, it is necessary to always observe whether there are light and dark stripes, and at the same time, we must avoid the phenomenon of concentrated force on the surface of the wheel belt and the supporting roller.
Fourth, the gap between the wheel belt and the cylinder backing plate is large
Because the equipment is working, the cylinder will constantly rub against the wheel belt, so the wheel belt and the cylinder backing plate will be seriously worn, and when the wheel belt and the cylinder backing plate will be seriously worn, when the gap between the wheel belt and the backing plate is too large, the deformation ovality of the wheel belt increases, and when the ovality of the wheel belt exceeds a certain value, it will easily cause the bearing bearing of the supporting wheel to heat up. Therefore, it is necessary to check the wear and tear of the wheel belt and cylinder backing plate frequently, and replace the new backing plate or wheel belt in time if the gap between them is too large.
