On the solid foundation of the passive vibration isolation system, the active vibration isolation system is cleverly embedded with vibration sensors and actuators, as if giving it a keen sense of perception and control ability. Vibration sensors monitor the vibrations of the table at all times, and actuators react quickly to vibrations. This perception and feedback mechanism creates a strong barrier against vibration.
The control system receives feedback from the vibration sensors, quickly analyzes and makes decisions. By applying a force to the countertop in the direction of vibration, the vibration is subtly counteracted and the platform is stabilized.
