Objectives:
This course combines theory and practice, focusing on the knowledge architecture of project management that is in line with international practices as a project manager, and enables students to have the opportunity to participate in simulation exercises through interactive teaching methods, so that they can systematically and intuitively and skillfully grasp the important links of the five stages of project management: initiation, planning, execution, control and closure. Change management --- project execution and control stage: Explain the management methods for the changes in the project scope, schedule and cost involved in the project control and implementation process, and introduce the concept of change management control system; Introduce the template of the change management control system;
