Apple has been granted a new patent that describes a MagSafe holder that can provide charging and stabilizing shots for iPhones. This stand can connect your iPhone to any standard camera stabilizer, such as a tripod or gimbal, to enhance the use scenarios and effects of your iPhone camera.

According to the patent documents, the name of this patent is:"Camera Charging and Stabilization Adapter", with an application date of 2021 and an authorization date of January 2024. The patent documents state that the quality of the iPhone's camera is sufficient to replace traditional cameras in many applications, but due to the lack of suitable accessories and equipment, the iPhone's camera has not been fully utilized in some non-traditional uses, such as professional photography or production.

To solve this problem, Apple has designed an adapter that can mount the iPhone on an existing camera stabilizer, which utilizes MagSafe technology to magnetically attach the iPhone to the stand. At the same time, this stand can also charge the iPhone through the Lightning connector to extend the life and battery life of the iPhone.

The structure and working principle of this bracket are also detailed in the patent documents, including different magnetic alignment systems and magnetic curves. Fifty diagrams are also attached to the patent documents showing the various forms and functions of the stent. Among them, the most striking is a design similar to a makeup case, which can fold the stand into a small, round box for easy carrying and storage. When needed, the stand can be unfolded into an L-shaped structure, the horizontal part can be attached to any standard tripod or head, and the vertical part is a MagSafe stand that can be attached vertically to the iPhone.

This stand is designed not only to provide charging and stable shooting for the iPhone, but also to allow users to adjust the orientation and position of the iPhone at any time to adapt to different shooting angles and environments. The flexibility and portability of this stand allows the iPhone's camera to perform better in more situations.

Although this patent has been granted, it does not mean that Apple will definitely launch this bracket. Apple applies for and obtains a large number of patents every year, but not all patents become actual products. Whether Apple will release this stand as an accessory will depend on the demand and competition in the market.

There are a total of six inventors on this patent, and five of them are also involved in the invention of another patent on preventing the wear and tear of lightning cables. Both patents exemplify Apple's innovation and efforts to provide a better charging and shooting experience for iPhones. Apple unveiled the MagSafe holder for mobile phones
