February** Power Stimulation Program Smoky Ukraine is still a land full of hope!
In the eyes of many people, in the past two years of Russia and Ukraine, Ukraine has been full of death and blood, and it should have been a ruin, but in fact, Ukraine is still a bright place.
It's not his imagination, he's just judging by numbers. Ukraine will receive more than $40 billion in global funding in 2022, more than a quarter of which will be free grants that do not need to be returned, according to Ukraine's foreign minister. Grants are available in the United States, Japan, Norway, Germany, Spain, Finland, Switzerland, Ireland, Belgium and Iceland.
These funds come from the European Union, Japan, Canada, the United Kingdom, the World Bank, as well as Spain, other countries. The terms of these loans are very favourable, up to 35 years, with a grace period of 10 years.
In addition, the international community is also strongly supporting Ukraine, according to the reference news ** "Le Monde" reported that at the security summit held in Munich, the well-known German company Reynolds (Reynolds) signed a cooperation agreement with a Ukrainian company to build a new factory in Ukraine.
Since 2024, although U.S. funding for Ukraine has stalled due to the U.S. partisan war, on February 1 this year, 27 member states signed an agreement to allocate $50 billion from the EU's total budget between 2024 and 2027 to support Ukraine's economy and recovery. The plan includes a grant of 17 billion euros and a loan of 33 billion euros.
In addition, Japan will also provide assistance to Ukraine in 2024: $12.1 billion, of which $4.7 billion will be distributed by the end of February; $7 billion in Germany, $2.5 billion in the United Kingdom, $3 billion in France, $2.5 billion in the Netherlands, $2 billion in Poland, $6 billion in Canada, $4 billion in Norway, $300 million in Sweden.
But there are a few countries that have not done so, such as the United States 61 billion, Europe 50 billion, and the total scale of aid to Ukraine has exceeded 140 billion.
