HDTS-4000 power distribution terminal automatic detection platform provides multi-channel high-precision current and voltage analog output, accurate and high-speed state signal output, with large adjustable range, high stability of power supply range, accurate timing information, multi-channel high sampling rate recording ability and compatible with a variety of communication protocol interfaces, can complete the distribution terminal equipment before the supply and after the delivery of the function and performance test items.
Functional testing
The power supply is out of phase. The detection platform can control and adjust the power supply phase failure of the power supply module, collect the operation status of the power distribution terminal in the power supply phase failure state, and detect whether the power distribution terminal can work normally in the power supply phase failure state.
Back-up power management.
The detection platform can control the power module to realize the on/off of the power supply of the device, collect the data of the backup power supply through the DC acquisition interface, and realize the function detection of the backup power supply of the distribution terminal.

RS485 communication interface anti-miswiring.
The detection platform can control the power supply output 220V voltage to connect to the RS485 communication terminal of the power distribution terminal, and realize the detection of the anti-miswiring function of the RS485 communication interface of the distribution terminal by collecting the status of the distribution terminal under the miswiring state.
Data collection and processing.
The detection platform can control the high-precision power source state quantity simulation unit to apply the excitation amount to the distribution terminal, and realize the detection of the distribution terminal analog quantity acquisition, temperature and humidity collection, alarm, telemetry dead zone range and other functions by obtaining the acquisition and calculation data of the distribution terminal.
Remote signaling function. The detection platform can control the state quantity simulation unit to apply remote signal displacement to the distribution terminal, and realize the detection of remote signaling reliability, remote signal anti-shake, SOE resolution and other functions of the distribution terminal by obtaining the remote signaling and SOE data of the distribution terminal.
Control functions. The detection platform can simulate the remote control command sent by the master station to the distribution terminal and obtain the data of the distribution terminal through the opening acquisition module, so as to realize the detection of the correctness of the remote control of the distribution terminal, the remote control output locking, the fault protection function retreat, the remote control pressure plate, and the remote maintenance of the battery.
Be punctual. The detection platform can simulate the master station and the standard clock to send timing commands to the distribution terminal and collect the SOE information of the distribution terminal, so as to realize the time punctuality function detection of the distribution terminal.
Maintenance & Display.
The detection platform can communicate with the power distribution terminal under test, realize remote use of maintenance interfaces, remote local parameter settings, remote program upgrades, and have indicator lights or screens to display operation status and abnormal information and other functions of detection.
Parameter retrieval and configuration.
The detection platform can communicate and configure the operating parameters in the distribution terminal through the master station, and read the inherent parameters, so as to realize the parameter reading and configuration function detection of the distribution terminal.
Fault detection and handling.
