On October 14, Seco Huaneng and Musheng Consulting launched the "2023 Strategic Decoding Project", not only hoping to decode the strategy to the front, middle and back office departments along the results of the strategy workshop, but also hoping to use the "MCCEE model" of Musheng Consulting to introduce the system of strategic closed-loop management. Then, after a three-month project tackling, the joint project team of SGC and Musheng Consulting successfully completed the delivery as planned.
