Here's how to add a blue shaded border to a heading or paragraph in Microsoft Word:
Choose Chinese characters or titles
First, select the heading or paragraph you want to add a border to.
Open the border and shading settings
After selecting Chinese characters, click the "Start" tab.
In the Paragraph group, find and click the Border icon (usually a small square icon).
In the menu that pops up, select Borders & Shading.
Set the border style
In the Borders & Shading window, select the Borders tab.
In the Style list, you can select the linetype of the border. For shadow borders, you can select a border style with a shadow effect.
In the Color drop-down menu, select Blue.
In the Width drop-down menu, select the width of the border you want.
Apply borders
In the Apply to option, make sure that the correct application object is selected, such as Text or Paragraph.
Click OK to apply the border.
Adjust the border position(Optional):
If you need to adjust the position of the border, you can do so by modifying the margins of the paragraph. Right-click the paragraph, select the Paragraph settings, and adjust the indentation and spacing.
Save your changes
Once you've applied the settings, make sure to save the document to keep the changes.
Depending on the version of Word you're using, the exact names of the interface and options may be slightly different.
If the border doesn't appear, make sure you're not in the Page Layout view. Switching to the Plot Layout view may show the border more clearly.
Be aware that too much frills can affect the professional appearance of your document, especially in formal or business documents. Please use moderately.
