In view of the practical difficulties of "returning to the furnace" students, the author believes that we should start from five aspects to "fuel the furnace" for their "returning to the furnace".

Strengthen policy support. **Policy support should be strengthened for college graduates to "return" to vocational schools, including scholarships, loans and other forms of financial support to reduce their learning costs and financial pressure. At the same time, enterprises and social forces should be encouraged and supported to participate in vocational education, and promote the diversification and market-oriented development of vocational education.

Improve the education system. It is necessary to strengthen the management and guidance of vocational education, improve the vocational education system and curriculum, ensure the teaching level and the quality of talent training, and promote the communication and integration of vocational education and general education on the basis of maintaining their respective advantages. At the same time, the education department should also guide college graduates to help them establish a correct career concept.

Strengthen the integration of industry and education. Schools and businesses should work together. The school can provide talent training and technical support for enterprises, while enterprises can provide practice bases and employment security for schools. Through school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education, resource sharing and complementary advantages can be realized, and the pertinence and effectiveness of vocational education can be improved.
