The "return" of college graduates to vocational schools is a positive response to the needs of society, and all sectors of society, especially vocational schools, should give them support and try by all means to create conditions to add fuel to their "return".
College graduates face a number of practical difficulties in "returning to the furnace" to study in vocational schools, such as the difference in the education level and content between colleges and vocational colleges, although college graduates lack systematic training in technical skills, but the theoretical level is relatively high, for vocational schools, low-level technical skills learning and training can not meet the needs of college graduates; In addition, for college graduates who want to "return to the furnace", how to reasonably arrange the study time and funds is a problem that needs to be seriously considered, and the time and economic cost are too large, which will greatly reduce the effect of "returning to the furnace", which requires vocational schools to adjust the curriculum and teaching methods to meet their actual needs as much as possible; In addition, the low social awareness is also a problem worthy of attention, although the phenomenon of college graduates choosing vocational schools to "return" is increasing, but the society's awareness and acceptance of this phenomenon is still limited, and the public generally has doubts about the quality and future development of vocational schools, which will have a negative impact on students who are willing to "return".
In view of the practical difficulties of "returning to the furnace" students, the author believes that we should start from five aspects to "fuel the furnace" for their "returning to the furnace".
Strengthen policy support. **Policy support should be strengthened for college graduates to "return" to vocational schools, including scholarships, loans and other forms of financial support to reduce their learning costs and financial pressure. At the same time, enterprises and social forces should be encouraged and supported to participate in vocational education, and promote the diversification and market-oriented development of vocational education.
Improve the education system. It is necessary to strengthen the management and guidance of vocational education, improve the vocational education system and curriculum, ensure the teaching level and the quality of talent training, and promote the communication and integration of vocational education and general education on the basis of maintaining their respective advantages. At the same time, the education department should also guide college graduates to help them establish a correct career concept.
Strengthen the integration of industry and education. Schools and businesses should work together. The school can provide talent training and technical support for enterprises, while enterprises can provide practice bases and employment security for schools. Through school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education, resource sharing and complementary advantages can be realized, and the pertinence and effectiveness of vocational education can be improved.
