The centennial plan is education-oriented, and the foundation of education is honesty. Colleges and universities shoulder the glorious mission of educating people for the party and the country, and are an important position for promoting the construction of a clean culture. It is necessary to earnestly strengthen the construction of a culture of integrity, nourish the campus with the culture of integrity, let the flowers of honesty bloom on the campus, and promote the cultivation of new people of the era with a clean personality.
Deepen education and guidance. Continue to strengthen the study of political theories, use the party's innovative theories to forge the soul, guide students to build a solid foundation of faith, replenish spiritual calcium, stabilize the rudder of thought, and consolidate the ideological foundation of honesty and integrity. Strengthen education in revolutionary traditions, inspire students with the party's original aspiration and mission, and guide students to draw strength from the party's struggle and nourishment from the glorious deeds of communists who are honest and honest for the people. Strengthen education on the core socialist values, cultivate and form a good atmosphere of honesty, honor, greed, and goodness, and guide students to illuminate the road of struggle with a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values. Strengthen traditional culture education, use the excellent traditional Chinese culture to cultivate students' spiritual realm, use historical allusions and moral norms of self-denial, honesty and self-discipline to inspire students' growth, and guide students to be upright, virtuous, honest, and honest.
Create a cultural atmosphere. Actively promote the culture of honesty into teaching materials, classrooms, and minds, and earnestly give play to the role of the classroom as the main channel for educating people. Strengthen the publicity of positive examples, organize first-class anti-corruption warning education films, visit warning education bases, etc., and enhance the awareness of integrity among teachers and students.
Strengthen demonstration drive. Adhere to the above rate, school leaders and other "key minority" should set an example and take the lead in setting an example, stressing politics, abiding by discipline, strict style, and taking the lead in strictly implementing the provisions on the construction of party style and clean government, and promoting the realization of a clean party style, a clear political style, a clear school style, a clean teaching style, and a fresh study style. Adhere to the principle that "educators receive education first", earnestly strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and teaching style, establish a negative list system for teachers' ethics and teaching style, implement a "one-vote veto system" that violates teachers' ethics and teaching style in all kinds of evaluations and evaluations, and in hiring and employing personnel, and guide teachers to be honest and honest and be teachers. Establish a long-term mechanism. Incorporate the construction of a culture of integrity into the overall layout of party building and campus culture construction in colleges and universities, and deploy, promote, inspect and assess all aspects of party building and teaching and scientific research management in schools, so as to effectively integrate the culture of integrity into daily life on a regular basis and promote the culture of integrity in the new era to take root in colleges and universities. Establish and improve the leadership system and working mechanism for the construction of a clean culture under the unified leadership of the school's party committee, the joint management of the party and the government, the display of the strengths of relevant departments, and the active support and participation of teachers and students, so as to form a strong work force. Establish target management, assessment and evaluation and incentive mechanisms for the construction of a culture of integrity, and regularly inspect and evaluate the construction of a culture of integrity, so as to promote the implementation of the construction of a culture of integrity.
