3.When Yada Fenghui polyurethane anticorrosive topcoat is used for cement wall, primer paint should be used first, after group A and B are mixed, then filler is added, stirred into a thick paste type instead of putty, and the cement wall is scraped flat, and then sandpaper is used to polish and smooth it after 24 hours, and the bottom coating can be painted.
4.The best temperature for construction is 0-35 °C, the relative temperature is 85 °C, or the surface temperature of the coated object should be higher than **3 °C.
5.Due to the different construction methods of different viscosity requirements for coatings, special thinners should be used to adjust the viscosity of coatings, and it is strictly forbidden to dilute with water, alcohol, banana water, gasoline, etc.
6.Before use, use an electric mixer to stir the main material evenly, must be weighed and proportioned in accordance with the specified proportion, add curing agent and stir again, curing 15 minutes after construction, curing Yada Fenghui polyurethane anticorrosive topcoat should be used up within 4-6 hours, so as to avoid waste of gelatin.
7.After the first coat of paint is applied, it is best to wait for more than 24 hours before applying the second coat of paint. After the use of Yada Fenghui polyurethane anticorrosive topcoat, the lid of the packaging barrel must be strictly sealed, otherwise it is easy to deteriorate due to moisture, alcohol and water. After the construction tools are used, they need to be cleaned with a special diluent for polyurethane.
