WTA Dubai Paulini defeated Karinskaya to win his first 1000 title

In the WTA1000 Dubai final, Paulini won four games in a row after 3-5 in the deciding set, and finally reversed qualifier Karinskaya 4-6 7-5 7-5, ending his opponent's seven-game winning streak in this tournament, and also avenging the loss of this year's Australian Open, winning the second title of his career and his first 1000 tournament title.

At the beginning of the game, Karinskaya got into the groove quickly, and completed consecutive breaks in the opening game to take a 2-0 lead. The two then battled their serve in the middle of the set, with Paulini leveling the score at 3-3. In the second game, Karinskaya again found a break opportunity on her opponent's serve and cashed in to win the first set 6-4 after holding her own serve.

In the second set, the two sides continued to play hard, with Karinskaya breaking again in the first game, but Paulini in the sixth game. At the end of the set, Paulini, who was leading the game, took a 6-5 lead and pressed his opponent's serve to make a crucial break to win 7-5.

Entering the deciding set, Karinskaya was still dominated in the early stages of the set, breaking her opponent twice to take a 5-3 lead. But after that, Karinskaya suddenly lost her form and was won four games in a row by Paulini, and finally the Italian reversed 7-5 and successfully won the championship.

With this week's stellar performance, Paulini will be ranked in the top 15 for the first time in the world rankings next week.
