Everyone's mind is a dojo, breaking away from self-seeing, letting go of self-grasping, having me is troubles, and without self is bodhi.
The heart is a field, and if you don't plant flowers, weeds will grow. The heart is a bottle, if it does not pretend to be happy, how can it pretend to be troublesome? I have all thoughts in my heart, and I will never forget them. One thought of heaven, one thought of hell. One thought of troubles, one thought of Bodhi.
The real dojo is not in the Taoist temple, but in your heart, every moment, every thought, is a dojo.

A person's spiritual space, containing all things in heaven and earth, all things in the world, outside the six extremes, this heart is sincere, the true heart is not born and immortal, and those who enter are not family treasures; Those who are internal are called true wisdom. Grow inward, self-seeking, detachment from the outside, inward seeking, no distinction between inside and outside, and no obstacle to access.
My heart is like the avenue, and my heart is like the universe. If there is no self, the heart is big, and if the heart is big, the sea is tolerant.
