Recently, the EPC project of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in the Start-up Area of Tianjin Lingang Comprehensive Bonded Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "EPC Project of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in Lingang Comprehensive Bonded Zone") has been fully capped, which is another breakthrough after the main and auxiliary buildings successfully passed the foundation acceptance at the end of last year, marking a further step towards customs closure and acceptance in Lingang Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
It is understood that the EPC project of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in Lingang Comprehensive Bonded Zone is located in the Lingang area of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, with Bohai 60th Road to the east, Yellow River Road to the south, Haihe East Road to the north, Bohai 56th Road and Bohai 57th Road to the west. The project covers an area of about 580,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 5,200 square meters, including the construction of warehouses, factories, science and technology innovation centers and guard rooms, and the simultaneous implementation of outdoor road squares, storage yards, greening and engineering pipelines. The project is planned to be completed and put into use in June this year, and after completion, it will further help the Lingang Comprehensive Bonded Zone to play a platform effect and help Tianjin's "Ten Actions" to achieve results.
The relevant person in charge of the project said that in the next step, the project team will steadily promote the secondary structure, indoor and outdoor decoration, roads, greening and other projects to ensure that they are delivered on schedule.
