In the vast expanse of the earth, as far as the eye can see, there is an endless horizon, which stretches into the distance, as if to embrace the whole world. In this boundless wasteland, Tibetan wild asses and wild yaks have become the watchmen of this land. They roam the land freely, and it has become a unique sight in this wilderness.

Here, at an altitude of more than 4,600 meters, the air is so thin that it seems difficult to breathe. The arid climate and bitter cold make it a forbidden area for human life. However, even in such an environment, life is tenacious. The strong body of the wild yak and the agility of the Tibetan wild donkey both show the strength and tenacity of life.

The surrounding landscape was vast and barren, as if it were a dead silence. However, in this seemingly barren land, there is an abundance of life and stories. National Highway 109 leads straight to the sky like a giant dragon, which seems to tell the human desire and courage to explore the unknown.

On the Kunlun Mountain Pass Square, the monument and statue of Sonam Dajie stand there, as if telling the story of the hero. Sonam Dajie did not hesitate to pay with his life in order to protect the lives on this land. His heroic deeds became a legend in the land, inspiring future generations to continue to protect it.

Not far below the square, is the cemetery of the martyrs. There are buried people who died heroically defending this land. Their lives may be gone, but their spirits will remain in people's hearts forever.

At the foot of the mountain, the Sonam Dajie Conservation Station quietly watches over the land. The staff of the conservation station are here day and night, guarding the lives of this land. Their hard work and dedication have made this wilderness a better place.

In this seemingly barren land, life and stories coexist. Every life is telling its love and perseverance for this land in its own way. Human beings are the most unique beings in this land, and they use their wisdom and courage to protect the lives and stories of this land.
