In order to meet the disposal requirements of various hazardous wastes such as tank sediment, grease trap sediment and scum in refineries, supplemented by oilfield sludge, oil-stained packaging and distillation residue, based on the comprehensive analysis of applicable technologies and domestic and foreign cases, and the successful experience obtained in the design, construction and operation of relevant treatment projects, LIFELT has summarized the following oily sludge treatment technology routes for your reference.
1. The oil content of the oil sludge at the bottom of the tank and the storage and transportation clearance sludge with high liquid content and low solid content is usually higher than 15%, and the solid content is about 5%, and the high liquid content can be naturally stratified, and the surface liquid is directly treated by the oil-water separation unit of the "hot washing reduction system", and the oil sludge in the lower layer is comprehensively utilized by the process of "hot washing reduction + drying + thermal desorption".
2. The oil content of semi-liquid sludge such as grease trap bottom mud and scum in the refinery is usually 10%-20%, and the solid content is about 15%, which can be comprehensively utilized by the process of "drying + thermal desorption".
3. The oil content of the semi-solid oil sludge at the bottom of the tank and the semi-solid oil sludge after the on-site reduction in the refining oil sludge plant is usually 5%-10%, and the solid content is about 30%, and the process of "thermal desorption" can be directly carried out for deep harmless treatment.
4. The oil content of high-solid oil sludge represented by oilfield sludge is usually 5%-15%, and the solid content is about 70%, which can be directly treated with "thermal desorption".
5. Distillation residue can be directly treated with "thermal desorption".
6. After the sludge packaging represented by the packaging bags and waste lubricating oil barrels in the process of oil sludge transportation is physically separated, the oil sludge can be directly treated with "thermal desorption", and the packaging is treated by the supporting incineration system.
