1. Weather conditions

Precipitation is weak in most parts of the country, and temperatures are rising.

During the day today, precipitation was scarce in most parts of the country. At 14 o'clock today, compared with 14 o'clock yesterday, the temperature in most parts of the country has risen, and the temperature in some areas of central Inner Mongolia, western and southern North China, northeast Guizhou, western and southern Hunan has risen by more than 6.

2. Key weather forecasts

From the night of the 11th to the 13th, there was no significant precipitation in most parts of the country, and the weather was mainly sunny to cloudy, and the temperature gradually rose.

From the night of the 11th to the 12th, there was heavy snowfall in some parts of northern Xinjiang, and heavy to heavy snowfall in Altay, Tacheng, Ili River Valley and other places; Among them, Altay was localized by a heavy blizzard. After the 14th, there will be another snowfall process in northern Xinjiang.

From the night of the 11th to the 12th, there were windy weather in Northeast China, northern Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and other places. It is expected that from 20 o'clock on February 11 to 20 o'clock on the 12th, there will be 5 6 winds with gusts of 7 8 in parts of Inner Mongolia, central and western Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, Liaoning, northern Xinjiang, and western Qinghai, of which there will be 7 8 winds and 9 gusts in northern Xinjiang. Parts of the northeastern and southwestern parts of the South China Sea have winds of magnitude 7 and 8 with gusts of magnitude 9 (see Figure 1). From 20 o'clock on February 12 to 20 o'clock on the 13th, there were 5 6 winds and 7 8 gusts in some areas of Inner Mongolia, southern Heilongjiang, Jilin, central and eastern Liaoning, northern Xinjiang, and western Qinghai, of which there were 7 8 winds and 9 local gusts in some parts of northeast Xinjiang. Parts of the northeastern and southwestern parts of the South China Sea have winds of force 7 with gusts of 8 to 9 (see Figure 2). *The Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for high winds at 6 p.m. on the 11th.

From the night of the 13th to the 15th, under the influence of strong cold air, there will be 4 6 northerly winds with gusts of 7 9 from north to south in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and its northern areas. The temperature generally dropped by 4 8, 10 12 in some areas, and 14 more in Northeast China. After the 17th, there will be strong cold air affecting most parts of our country.

2.There is heavy fog in Jianghan, Jiangnan and other places.

It is expected that from the night of the 11th to the morning of the 12th, there will be foggy weather in central and southern Hebei, southern Henan, western Jiangsu, central Hubei, western and northern Hunan, central Jiangxi, northwest Fujian and other places, of which there will be dense fog with visibility of less than 500 meters in southern Hebei, southern Henan, northern and southern Hubei, and western Hunan, and strong dense fog with visibility of less than 200 meters locally. **The Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning for heavy fog at 6 p.m. on the 11th (see Figure 3).

In addition, from the night of the 11th to the 14th, the atmospheric diffusion conditions in central and southern North China, Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan and other places were poor, with light to moderate haze and locally severe haze. From the morning to the morning of the 13th and the 14th, there was heavy fog in Tianjin, central and southern Hebei, Henan, central Hubei and other places. From daytime on the 14th, under the influence of cold air, the atmospheric diffusion conditions in the above areas improved.

3. Specific forecast for the next three days

From 20:00 on February 11 to 20:00 on the 12th, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northern Xinjiang and other places, of which, there was heavy to heavy snowfall (20 23 mm) in parts of northern Xinjiang and the Ili River Valley. There was light to moderate rain in parts of southeastern Chongqing, southern Hubei, northern Hunan, and central and western Yunnan. Some areas in eastern Xinjiang, central and western Inner Mongolia, southwestern Heilongjiang, and northern Liaoning have 4 6 winds (see Figure 4).

From 20:00 on February 12 to 20:00 on the 13th, there was light to moderate snow in parts of northeast Inner Mongolia, northwest Heilongjiang, and northern Xinjiang, among which, there was heavy snow (5 9 mm) in parts of the Ili River Valley and other places in Xinjiang. There was light rain in parts of southern Anhui, eastern Jianghan, northern and western Jiangnan, southwestern and northeastern Guangxi, among which, moderate rain occurred in parts of central, western and northern Hunan, and northern Jiangxi. Some areas of central and northwestern Inner Mongolia, eastern Jilin, Liaodong Peninsula, ** south, Shandong Peninsula, and northern Zhejiang have 4 6 winds (see Figure 5).

From 20 o'clock on February 13 to 20 o'clock on the 14th, there was light snow or sleet in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Northeast China, northern Xinjiang, **Northeast and south, southern Qinghai, Hexi of Gansu, and northern Sichuan Plateau, among them, there was moderate snow in parts of southeastern and central Inner Mongolia and eastern Heilongjiang. There was light to moderate rain in parts of western Jianghuai, southern Jianghan, northern and western Jiangnan, eastern southwest China, and northeastern Guangxi, among which, heavy rain occurred in parts of northern Jiangxi and other places. Winds of level 4 6 occurred in parts of southwestern Inner Mongolia, southern and western Liaoning, northern Xinjiang, northern Hebei, and southeastern Yunnan (see Figure 6).
