Beijing, February 4, 2024 - With the rise of new energy vehicles around the world, the new energy model is gradually integrating into the two-wheeled motorcycle market. India, as one of the world's largest motorcycle markets, has recently ushered in a high-profile pure electric motorcycle.
Revolt Motors has announced the launch of the all-new RV400 BRZ, the most affordable in its lineup, with a starting price of just 137,950 rupees, or about 1190,000 RMB. In comparison, the range-topping RV400 Limited Edition retails for Rs 147,950, which is about 1280,000 RMB.
The RV400 BRZ uses the same technology as its predecessor and is equipped with a 3A 24 kWh battery pack and a 5 kW motor. Its power is equivalent to that of a 125cc scooter, with a top speed of 85 km/h, and a range of 150 km on a single charge in eco mode. In normal mode, the range is 100 km, while in sport mode it is 80 km.
In terms of features, the new RV400 BRZ has been cut back from its predecessor and lacks smartphone connectivity and keyless ignition, so riders can't use the Revolt mobile app to view their vehicle's driving data. However, the car retains energy**, a combined braking system (CBS) and a side-vertical motor cut-off for added safety. In addition, the motorcycle is equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster that shows speed, remaining battery power, and riding mode. Revolt claims that the charging time of the vehicle from zero to full is 45 hours, 3 hours from zero to 75% charging.
The launch of this pure electric motorcycle marks a new step in the field of new energy transportation, providing consumers with more economical and environmentally friendly travel options.
