On the morning of February 7, in response to the icy situation on the roads in Nanchang Wanli, the Wanli Highway Department invested snow removal trucks and salt trucks to carry out emergency disposal operations. In response to the low temperature rain, snow and freezing weather, the Provincial Comprehensive Transportation Center has made every effort to do a good job in various safety precautions under the freezing of low temperature rain and snow, to ensure the safety of highway traffic during the Spring Festival, to create a safe, orderly and harmonious highway traffic environment, and to provide drivers and passengers with more convenient and intimate Spring Festival travel services.
At present, there are 213 emergency teams on ordinary roads in the province, and 4,660 emergency personnel are on standby at any time. The reserves are sufficient to prevent rain, snow and freezing disasters, with a total of 220,000 woven bags, more than 1,760 tons of snow melting agent, 1,009 tons of anti-skid materials, and 7 gravel in reserve40,000 tons, 2,383 tons of asphalt, 1,832 tons of asphalt cold patch, 3 tons of sand and gravel70,000 tons, 14 multi-functional snow (ice) removal vehicles and other daily emergency rescue machinery and equipment, which can cope with the test of bad weather at any time.
