In view of the outstanding problems in the process of cultivating application-oriented talents, the college has explored and practiced".Innovative production"The integrated training model of four educations provides an effective paradigm for the cultivation of applied talents in chemistry and chemical engineering.
1. Integration of thinking and education: building a three-dimensional and multi-dimensional thinking and education system
Integration of ideology and education: Ideological value guidance is integrated into teaching, which runs through the whole process and all links of education and teaching. Highlight the educational function of ideological and political courses in professional courses, and pay attention to cultivating students' humanistic feelings, scientific literacy and craftsman spirit. Construct a three-dimensional multi-dimensional education integration system (Figure 1).

(1) All teachers stress ideology and politics.
Organize course ideological and political competitions, evaluations (such as "curriculum ideological and political" outstanding teachers, curriculum selection) and training activities (such as "curriculum ideological and political" special training) to build capacity, and carry out the activity of "everyone teaches a good ideological and political lesson".
(2) The course has ideology and politics.
Fully excavate the ideological and political elements in the four aspects of political accomplishment, professional quality, scientific spirit and humanistic feelings, and combine them with the education of socialist core values, integrate them into knowledge points according to benchmarking, and integrate them into curriculum and curriculum teaching. Revise and complete the syllabus of all major courses to realize the full integration of ideological and political elements of the course. An ideological and political case competition was held, and 41 ideological and political cases were compiled.
(3) Ideology and politics are everywhere in practice.
Focus on excavating Jiangxi's characteristics of "red, green, antique and gold" and industrial characteristics (industrial culture, safety production, green technology, etc.) high-quality ideological and political resources, so that practical teaching "flesh and blood".
Teachers teach by word and deed, curriculum immersion and integration, and practical experience and perception to achieve three-dimensional and multi-dimensional collaborative education.
2. Integration of science and education: Strengthen the cycle of mutual promotion between scientific research and teaching
Integration of science and education: teaching drives scientific research, and scientific research feeds back teaching. Transform high-quality scientific research resources into advantageous teaching resources, transform teaching "problems" into scientific research "topics", and promote teaching and scientific research each other. Pay attention to the mutual promotion cycle of teaching and scientific research.
(1) Teaching drives scientific research and promotes the inheritance and innovation of knowledge.
In view of the hot spots, difficulties or frontier problems encountered in teaching, guide students to carry out special research, apply for scientific research topics, and write research**. In view of the shortcomings of the current teaching instruments, guide students to develop and improve. Combined with in-class basic experiments, extracurricular innovation and development experiments are set up;
(2) Scientific research feeds back teaching, and innovates teaching content, means and methods.
Scientific research results are incorporated into teaching materials, courses, and experiments, and scientific research innovates teaching content. For example, the transformation of scientific research results into comprehensive design experiments: scientific research thinking methods into the classroom, and optimization of teaching methods and methods, such as potentiometric determination of iodine content. Students participate in faculty research projects and have a real experience of scientific research and education.
Discover scientific research problems from teaching practice, solve teaching problems in the process of scientific research, and realize the mutual promotion of teaching and research.
3. Integration of innovation and education: Build a progressive and step-by-step innovation and education system
Integration of innovation and education: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is integrated into professional teaching and professional practice. Improve the system design to ensure entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education. Construct a progressive step-by-step innovation capability training system (Figure 2).

(1) Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education is gradually integrated into professional teaching.
The concept, content, method and evaluation of education reflect innovative thinking, elements, values and values in turn.
(2) Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education runs through teaching practice in a stepwise manner.
The course imparts innovative knowledge, scientific research projects cultivate innovation ability, scientific research achievements lead innovative thinking, discipline competitions strengthen innovative practice, and graduation design consolidates innovative applications.
(3) The system promotes the integration of innovation and education.
Implement documents such as "Measures for the Promotion of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Undergraduates" and "Measures for the Implementation of the Undergraduate Tutor System" to create a smooth implementation path for integration.
Fourth, the integration of industry and education: the "dual subject" of schools and enterprises to educate people
Integration of industry and education: industry-university cooperation, school-enterprise collaboration, resource sharing, and enterprise participation in the whole process of talent training. The "dual subjects" of schools and enterprises participate in the whole process of talent training (Figure 3).

(1) Introduce enterprises to education.
Engineers enter the school, production cases enter the classroom, students practice at the top post, rely on the actual production and research and development problems of the enterprise to carry out graduation design, school-enterprise joint construction of multi-functional internship training platform, set up enterprise scholarships and grants, etc., and make full use of the superior resources of the enterprise to promote teaching.
(2) Send education to the enterprise.
Focusing on the industrial chain, improve the curriculum chain, meet the needs of the post, and jointly implement curriculum teaching between schools and enterprises. Ph.D. into the enterprise, service enterprise technological innovation, etc. It not only solves the problems of enterprise talents and technology, but also cultivates the application and innovation ability of teachers and students.
(3) School-enterprise collaboration.
The school-enterprise joint establishment of the industrial college, the implementation of the "order class" training, the school-enterprise "double subject" to participate in the whole process of talent training, effectively realized the connection between education and industry, universities and enterprises, and the in-depth cooperation between industry and academia.
After years of exploration and practice, the training of application-oriented talents has achieved remarkable results, and the teaching achievements have been widely recognized: this training model has been highly praised by the members of the Education Guidance Committee, and the relevant achievements have been reported by TV stations and applied and promoted in 13 application-oriented universities.
The reform of the talent training model is always on the way. In the face of the new development stage, new development concept and new development pattern, the college will continue to deepen the comprehensive reform of the training mode of "innovation and production" for chemical and chemical applied talents on the basis of more than ten years of exploration and testing, and make unremitting efforts to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents who are "reliable, useful, good and developing" to meet the reality and development needs of enterprises in the chemical and chemical industry!
