In the more than a year since I came to Tyco, I have learned perseverance and diligence by participating in a variety of fulfilling activities. Diligence is a spirit of hard work, and even a slow snail can stand on top of the tower. As the saying goes, diligence can make up for clumsiness is a good training, a hard work and a talent. Persistence is the "catalyst" for diligence to bear fruit, and it makes me walk so firmly on the road ahead.
I remember coming to Tyco's first semester of career courses, as well as a series of subsequent employment lectures, the teacher systematically matched our major with future employment positions, and guided us to determine our employment goals. That's when I decided on my goal of working in the banking industry. Thanks to the school's perfect education model, I have seen things in multiple dimensions, and I know that the knowledge I have learned in university textbooks and my current vision cannot make me deeply feel the working environment, atmosphere and content of the banking industry, so I have been looking for opportunities to enter the bank for internship. In the summer of the second semester, I saw that Shandong Rural Commercial Bank was recruiting short-term trainees, I actively signed up and prepared for the pre-job inspection, and successfully passed and carried out a two-month bank internship. "The power of Dapeng is not the lightness of a feather, and the speed of Qiji is not the strength of oneself." Admittedly!During the internship, I expressed my employment ideas to the old employees and received guidance from them, thanks to a series of complete activities and the creation guidance system with Tyco characteristics, which benefited me a lot in the later application and job selection.
Under the Tyco Perfect Education Model, I actively participated in the complete activities of competitive sports, art practice, volunteer service, and club activities, such as the frisbee sports activity of "never give up", the volunteer service activity of "Public Welfare Communication Officer, Love into the Mountain", and the artistic practice of the "Adventure Life" masquerade, etc., among the many perfect activities, the most memorable thing for me is "never give up". When I first signed up, it felt like a frisbee sport, but when I actually participated in the event, I changed my mind. In the course of the event, we must not only form our own teams, but also choose our own opponent teamsIn this process, we must not only make a comprehensive assessment of the strength of our own team, but also match the team we can beat. It seems to be matching opponents, but in fact, it is subtly cultivating my ability to look at problems from multiple perspectives. In the course of the game, we have to work as a team to get the frisbee into the opponent's territory, and develop a tactical plan, both offensive and defensive, only in this way can we get a higher score. In the other subsequent fulfillment activities, I take it seriously and actively summarize the harvest, and I firmly believe that these excellent qualities that bring together the spirit of perfection will become a valuable asset in my future life.
After returning to school, I embarked on my preparation for the exam, and I had to check the experience of many relevant seniors from the revision materials to the course selection, so as to ensure that I did not take a detour. From the daily study plan, to the weekly study plan, to the mid-term study goals of one month or two months, the whole preparation period is about 7 months. In the end, it was submitted to five banks, and four of them passed the online application and obtained the qualification for the written examination. At this point, the road of "inspection inspection" began. In the end, I passed the assessment of the two banks, and I chose the Agricultural Bank of China, which was more suitable for me. The follow-up physical examination contract was also successfully passed as scheduled. So far, my current employment goal has been successfully accomplished.
Those who do often succeed, those who do often come", in the long torrent of years, we must also spend it with diligence and perseverance. Dripping water through stones, ropes sawing wood breaking, I believe that the accumulation of little by little will eventually converge into the stars in the sky, shining forever. "A young man should have a great ambition and ride a horse on Pingchuan", the next life goal is beckoning to me. Whether it is a result or a regret, it was yesterday. I will work hard with the expectations and blessings of all teachers and Tyco.
