At about 19:48 on February 9, Wang Jianping, an auxiliary police officer on duty at Beihua Street Station of Rail Transit Line 7, was patrolling at Entrance and Exit B when he found that an elderly man had accidentally fallen down on the upward escalator. Wang Jianping rushed down the stairs, quickly ran to the place of the incident, decisively stopped the elevator, quickly jumped on the escalator to help the old man up, and asked the old man about his physical condition. The old man was in good health, and said tremblingly: "I'm almost 70 years old, but fortunately the young man rescued me in time, otherwise my old bones would have been bad." ”
At about 14:30 on February 10, Zhai Weibin, a police officer at Tianhe Airport Station of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 2, and Tong Hao and Song Siyuan, auxiliary police officers, were patrolling the station hall when they received an urgent request for help from the passenger Mr. Peng, saying that he was separated from his deaf and dumb son and was very anxious, and asked the police to help find him.
After Zhai Weibin understood the situation, he asked the auxiliary police officer Song Siyuan to look around the Tianhe Airport Station while checking the surveillance video. The surveillance showed that at about 14:10 that day, Mr. Peng's child left Tianhe Airport by subway. Auxiliary Police Officer Tong Hao immediately contacted the MTR Control Office. Soon, news came from the aviation headquarters station that the child stopped after getting off the train at the aviation headquarters station, and left again at 14:17 on the train to the direction of Buddha Ridge.
After contacting the stations along the way again, a message came from Hongtu Avenue Station of Line 2 that the child got off at Hongtu Avenue Station and stayed for a period of time, and then left by the train to Tianhe Airport. Zhai Weibin immediately arranged for police officers to go to the platform and hall to continue the search.
At about 17:30, auxiliary police officer Song Siyuan found the child on the platform and took him back to the police office to reunite with Mr. Peng.
At about 15:50 on February 12, Luo Dong, an auxiliary police officer at Tieji Road Station of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 4, received a request for help from the station staff, saying that an elderly man was lost on the platform and asked the police to help find his family.
Luo Dong immediately went to the platform to find the lost old man to understand the situation, and found that the old man always answered the wrong questions, suspected of Alzheimer's disease, and could not provide information about his family. Luo Dong tried to find more useful information, and found that the old man had a senior citizen card hanging on his chest. Luo Dong immediately reported the situation to the police on duty. The police inquired about his family through the identity information on the elderly card, and soon the police contacted the family of the elderly. Forty minutes later, the old man's son came to the police office of Tieji Road Station to take him home, and expressed his gratitude to the police and auxiliary police for their help.
At about 8:55 on February 15, Zeng Jianhua, a police officer at Jian'an Street Station of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 7, received a request for help from Cheng from a university in Wuhan, saying that he got on the train from Jian'an Street Station, and then found that his mobile phone was lost and asked the police to help find it.
After receiving the request for help, Zeng Jianhua patiently inquired about the specific situation, and at the same time arranged for the auxiliary police officer Hu Shao to look for the surveillance. The monitoring showed that at the moment when Cheng was in a hurry to get on the subway and the screen door was about to close, a bright light appeared on his leg. As a result, the police suspected that Cheng's mobile phone was likely to fall into the orbital running section. Hu Shao quickly came to the platform to verify, and vaguely found a black piece in the shape of a mobile phone through the screen door, which was suspected to be Mr. Cheng's dropped mobile phone.
That night, after the subway closed and the power was cut off, the police contacted the subway staff to take out the dropped mobile phone. On February 16, Cheng came to Jian'an Street Station again to get his mobile phone back.
