(1) Graphite block monolithic water test method and leakage treatment measures. Place a 20cm thick sponge equivalent to the area of the graphite block on the ground, spread plastic sheeting on the sponge, and spread it flat, fill the longitudinal hole of the graphite block with water, and observe the leakage of the graphite hole in the side hole. This method is suitable for graphite blocks that can be judged under atmospheric pressure when the leakage of graphite blocks is obvious. Leaking graphite holes are usually blocked in the longitudinal holes of the graphite block.

2) Graphite block overall pressure water test method and treatment measures. For the leaking graphite block, when the belt cylinder is pressed, the pressure cannot be maintained, but there is no obvious leakage, and special pressing equipment needs to be made. Lift the cylinder, make the upper and lower carbon steel cover plates, stack the graphite blocks like big building blocks, and tighten them with a long tie rod to ensure that there is no leakage of the sealing gasket between the graphite blocks, and add water to press the graphite block pipe. Since the pressure side is the pipe, usually the pressure must not exceed 02MPa, by checking the leakage of the shell pipe bundle, judge whether the graphite block is leaking, if it is leakage, usually the entire longitudinal row of the transverse hole is filled with graphite rod with graphite material to seal and eliminate leakage.

3) Graphite heat exchanger equipment overall shell irrigation leak test method. This method is to place the graphite equipment on the support, fill the shell with water, make a liquid level pipe, observe the leakage of the graphite equipment and the drop of the liquid level, and determine which piece of graphite block leaks in. However, this method can judge the position, and cannot judge whether it is the leakage of the sealing gasket or the leakage of the graphite block, and the leak testing efficiency is low, and this method cannot be adopted for the leaking graphite equipment.
