On January 10, the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Suileng Branch of the Public Security Bureau of the Forest District of Heilongjiang Province received a report from the staff of the Suileng Forestry Bureau, the Social Insurance Bureau, saying that Guo, a forest iron employee of the Suileng Forestry Bureau, was suspected of dying in November 2011, and within 4 years after his death, someone fraudulently claimed his retirement salary for up to 45 months totaling more than 80,000 yuan, and requested the police to investigate.
The police found that Guo's household registration was cancelled in September 2017, and there was no information on the same household. Later, Guo's bank account flow was retrieved and it was found that his monthly retirement salary was received in Luobei County. Landing investigation, investigation and visits, it was quickly ascertained that Guo had indeed died in November 2011, and at the same time, it was found that Guo's second son was suspected of committing a major crime. On January 19, Guo's second son was successfully arrested, and after the case, Guo's second son confessed to the crime of forging retirement certification materials and fraudulently claiming more than 80,000 yuan from his deceased father's social security pension.
