The train derailed after colliding with a truck, the report said. There were about 160 people on the train at the time of the incident. The accident resulted in the death of a train attendant and the injuries to the train driver, conductor and a passenger who were taken to hospital**. At present, the railway traffic on this section is interrupted, and rescue work will take several hours.

The fire department reminds passengers to stay as calm as possible in the event of an accident on a train. First of all, remember that the signs of train derailment are emergency braking, violent shaking, and the carriage falling to the side.

1. In the event of an accident, if the seat is not close to the door or window, you should stay in place, grasp a firm object or sit on the seat. Keep your head down with your chin close to your chest in case of head injury. If the seat is close to the door or window, leave as soon as possible and quickly grasp a solid object in the car.

2. People who are sitting with their faces facing the direction of the car should immediately hold their heads and bend their elbows to the cushion in front of them to protect their faces, or immediately hold their heads and lie down to the side.

3. People who sit with their backs to the direction of the car should immediately protect the back of their heads with their hands, and at the same time bend over and raise their knees to protect their chest and abdomen.

4. People sitting or standing on the aisle should face the direction of driving, protect the back of their heads with both hands, and bend down to squat down to prevent collisions and falling objects from hurting their heads.

5. In the toilet, you should sit on the floor with your back against the wall of the car in the direction of driving, hold your head with both hands, bend your elbows and raise your knees to protect your abdomen.

6. When the train derails and rushes forward, don't try to jump out of the train. Once the train has stopped, observe how your surroundings are and do not linger around the train and wait for rescuers to arrive.

7. If you can't open the door: you can break the window to escape, but usually the windows of the train or high-speed rail are made of double-layer tempered glass, even if the car rolls over, it is not easy to break, at this time, you can use sharp objects such as safety hammers, high heels or belt buckles to knock on the four corners of the glass or the middle of the four sides, and then kick it open with your foot after cracks. Note that the rails may be running on the current, so be sure to wait for the staff to announce that the current is cut off before getting off.
