In the raging flames, people jump around happily, which is called "jumping out of the fire", which means to get rid of diseases and disasters. They then threw small pieces of yellow paper with the words "deer" and "horse" printed on them to the flames or the edge of the cliff, which is called "releasing deer and horses", which means that they wish for good luck and good luck. And the higher the deer and horses fly, the better the luck of the person. 
After that, people sit around, drink and sing. People in the surrounding areas of Xining, such as Huangzhong, Ping'an, Mutual Aid, Huangyuan, Datong and other places, also released deer and horses on the night of Chongyang, let go of hope, and wished themselves good luck.
