In order to comprehensively promote the construction of a beautiful China, help the national environmental rule of law, and safeguard the public's environmental rights and interests and social public interests, the Legal Working Committee of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Association (hereinafter referred to as the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Green Society) is now recruiting the first batch of environmental volunteer lawyers across the country. 
Focus on the following:1.Provide legal assistance to the public who have been harmed by pollution and ecological damage, including but not limited to answering consultations, mediation and handling, and handling cases; 2.Relying on the practice of environmental rule of law, put forward important opinions and suggestions on the construction of the national ecological and environmental legal system; 3.Carry out environmental rule of law investigations, research, training, etc. 【Recruitment Requirements】
1.Enthusiastic about ecological and environmental protection, volunteer to safeguard public environmental rights and interests and social public interests. 2.Legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, with a lawyer's practice certificate, and engaged in the lawyer profession for at least three years. 3.He has extensive experience in environmental litigation and has handled at least 3 environmental infringement cases or environmental public interest litigation cases. 4.The consent of the law firm has been obtained. 
Application Process
