The reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation today that the "Unified Social Credit ** Data Element Exchange Specifications for Legal Persons and Other Organizations" (DB11 T 3040-2024) and the "Unified Social Credit ** Data Sharing and Application Specifications for Legal Persons and Other Organizations" (DB11 T 3041-2024) jointly compiled by the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Hebei Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, and Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Commission were released on January 18, 2024 and will be officially implemented on February 18, 2024.
The two standards focus on the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei unified social credit data resources, the establishment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei unified social credit basic resource library, stipulate the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei unified social credit data element, and make technical requirements for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei unified social credit interface application, aiming to provide identity authentication, security verification and data sharing applications for inter-departmental business collaboration. The standard will be implemented simultaneously in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, providing a unified social credit data resource for cross-regional, cross-departmental, and cross-platform applications.
