At present, in the face of our reasonable demands for "making the truth public, investigating the relevant responsible persons, apologizing, and compensating," the Taiwan authorities are still prevaricating and have begun to openly refuse! 
Judging from the performance of both sides after the meeting, the negotiation has returned to square one. Because Taiwan's so-called "Coast Guard" ** Liao Yunhong directly stated on the 29th: This case is a simple law enforcement case, and there is no plan for a written apology because there is no negligence on the part of colleagues.
Come to think of it, the Taiwan authorities do not even want to apologize, let alone hold the relevant personnel accountable!
At the same time, Taiwan media also reported that in the 10th round of consultations, the mainland side demanded that the Taiwan side handle the murder of the mainland fishermen in accordance with the "broad interest case".
The so-called "Guangxing case" refers to the 2013 Taidao fishing boat "Guangxing 28" when it was fishing southeast of Eluanbi, chased and shot by Philippine official boats, resulting in the death of the captain Hong Shicheng and the injury of many others.
The vile nature of this case aroused great concern from the mainland and Taiwan, and finally, under pressure from many parties, the then Philippine special envoy Peres held a press conference on Taiwan Island, personally read out the letter of apology written by Philippine Aquino III, and paid compensation to the families of the victims, and the eight Philippine coast guard personnel involved were also sentenced for intentional crimes.
The mainland's determination that this incident is of the same nature as the Guangxing case shows that the Taiwan authorities and the Philippines ** did the same thing at the beginning, so of course we must use the same method to seek justice for the two fishermen who were killed! Because the Taiwan authorities have not responded positively to the incident for a long time, the mainland has no longer been able to bear it anymore and has finally taken action!
According to Taiwan media, from 6 a.m. on February 28 to 6 a.m. on February 29, Taiwan's defense department claimed to have found a total of 19 PLA military aircraft operating in the waters around Taiwan Island, including J-10, Y-8 and unmanned aerial vehicles and other main and auxiliary combat aircraft, of which 9 sorties crossed the "middle line of the strait" that no longer existed and flew to the airspace only 43 nautical miles away from Keelung Port.
In this regard, Zhang Yanting, former deputy commander of the Taiwan Air Force and retired lieutenant general, said on the 29th that because Tamsui is still at the forefront, if the PLA military plane is only 43 nautical miles away from Keelung, it is only 23 nautical miles away from Tamsui, and the plane will reach the "airspace of Taiwan Island" in one minute, so it is very close.

It can be seen that in response to this rogue behavior of the Taiwan authorities, our People's Liberation Army has also taken action, and this is actually the most effective deterrent method!
In addition, a new round of confrontation between the mainland and the Taiwan authorities at sea has also begun. Recently, Taiwan's so-called "Coast Guard" dispatched the "Yilan ship" from the port of Taipei, and wandered after entering the central waters of the Taiwan Strait!
The "Yilan" patrol ship, which the Taiwan authorities regard as the elite, has the port number CG-128 and will not be dispatched easily in normal times.
With a maximum displacement of 3,719 tons, the Yilan is the second-largest type of ship in tonnage among all patrol ships owned by the Taiwan authorities, and its sister ships of the same type also have a "Kaohsiung ship," all of which are equipped with two 20-millimeter machine guns, one 40-millimeter rapid-fire gun, and several T-75 machine guns, and are equipped with high-pressure water cannons with a range of 120 meters.
In normal times, Taiwan's so-called "Coast Guard" treats its large patrol vessels as treasures and will not easily carry out some relatively dangerous tasks, but this time they sailed directly to the central waters of the Taiwan Strait.
This Yilan warship, which had previously bullied fishermen on the mainland, had used high-pressure water cannons on the mainland's "Minyu" and other fishing boats, and had been hiding in the port of Taipei on weekdays.
However, soon, the mainland also sent one of the coast guard ships with the strongest comprehensive combat effectiveness at present, the 4,000-ton Haijing No. 3306, which was built with the navy's Type 054A missile frigate as the blueprint, directly to the central waters of the Taiwan Strait, preparing to confront and maneuver with the Yilan ship at sea!
Haijing No. 3306 is basically a Type 054A missile frigate that is not equipped with missiles and torpedoes, with a certain radar stealth performance, but it is just painted with a civilian white paint, and its combat power is very powerful!
The Yilan ship is equipped with a 40 mm fast-fire gun, which is where its greatest confidence lies, but the Haijing No. 3306 is equipped with a 76 mm caliber regular naval gun in the bow, which is completely crushing in terms of firepower, and the hull strength and other indicators are completely built according to military standards, and the tonnage is also larger.
Moreover, there are only six patrol ships of more than 3,000 tons owned by the Taiwan authorities, with a maximum tonnage of 4,000 tons, while the mainland has more than 70 coast guard ships of more than 3,000 tons, with the largest tonnage being a 10,000-ton giant ship with a displacement of 12,000 tons!
In any case, the strength of the Taiwan authorities in maritime law enforcement is not worthy of "lifting shoes" to the mainland!
Therefore, in the sky and in the sea, the mainland has mobilized considerable forces to thwart the arrogance of the Taiwan authorities, and since the death of a mainland fisherman on 14 February, the main coast guard ships between the mainland and the other side will begin to confront each other head-on for the first time. If the Taiwan authorities do not know what to do, then our follow-up forces will continue to come forward to provide support!
It is a pity that the Taiwan authorities immediately confessed, and the Yilan ship did not see the mainland coast guard ship at all, but directly turned around and fled in a hurry, and continued to return to the port of Taipei to hide. The Taiwan authorities have always feared authority rather than morality, and when we harden up, they will no longer dare to continue to be arrogant!
In short, we absolutely cannot use the previous policy of softness in dealing with the Taiwan authorities, because they do not appreciate it at all! We regard them as compatriots, and they regard the lives of our fishermen as if they were mustards, and they do not refuse to apologize for making two lives
For this group of clowns who don't shed tears when they don't see the coffin, don't jump the Yellow River and don't give up, we should use the toughest means to show determination and strength, practice has long proved that it's time to change thinking!
