Which brand of magnetic cell sorting CD8 sorting magnetic beads is better?

Mondo Education Updated on 2024-03-07

Nanoscale CD8 sorting magnetic beads can be used to sort human CD8+ T cells, and CD8+ T cells can be sorted by conjugating an anti-human CD8 monoclonal antibody to the beads. Nanoscale CD8 sorting magnetic beads were incubated with PBMCs and magnetically separated, so that CD8+ T cells were isolated and enriched, and played the role and function of purifying CD8+ T cells. Suitable for the production of cell** products.

Product Information

How to use:

1.Resuspend human PBMC cells in PBS buffer containing 1% HSA, sample count, and take 1x107 cells to 1In a 5 ml EP tube, 300 g, centrifuge for 5 min.

2.Discard the supernatant, resuspend 80 L of PBS buffer solution containing 1% HSA, add 20 LCD 8 sorting magnetic beads, mix well, and incubate in a 2 8 freezer for 15 min.

3.Place the XL sorting column onto a sorter and rinse twice with 1 ml of PBS buffer containing 1% HSA.

4.Remove the incubated samples from the 2 8C freezer, add 1 ml of PBS buffer with 1% HSA, 300 g, centrifuge for 5 min, and discard the supernatant.

5.Add 1 ml of PBS buffer with 1% HSA to resuspend, add the sample to the sorting column, allow it to flow out naturally, add PBS buffer with 1% HSA in two parts, add 1 ml each time, and collect the flow-through in a 15 ml centrifuge tube.

6.After all the PBS buffer containing 1% HSA has flowed out, remove the sorting column from the sorter, put it into a new 15 ml centrifuge tube, add 3 ml of PBS buffer containing 1% HSA to the sorting column, and use the piston of the XL sorting column to directly punch the liquid.
