As an English teacher, I have a lot of say in the matter of how to practice spoken English. As long as you follow the advice I give, you can definitely take your spoken English to the next level.

First, choose a suitable English speaking course according to your English level.

There are many books on spoken English, so you can choose a suitable English course according to your level. It is best to choose a speaking course that has dialogue, grammar explanation, and text reading, because such a course will set up different listening, speaking, reading and writing sections according to different topics, which will help students improve their English proficiency in an all-round way.

Second, memorize the dialogue from the speaking tutorial every day and imitate the intonation of the characters in its accompanying audio.

If you want to speak your thoughts fluently in English, you must master the correct expression of basic sentences, and memorization is the first step. You can improve your spoken English by memorizing authentic English conversations, which is very important and effective. After memorizing, you can record it, compare it with the original recording, and finally correct your mispronunciation, read and memorize it again until you can achieve a pronunciation similar to that of a foreigner, and speak at the same speed.

Third, every day, ** English TV series or movies, and record some authentic spoken English expressions that you think are useful, and then recite them repeatedly to become your own knowledge reserve. Here, I suggest that you can buy a script book for wonderful American dramas, I have personally tested it to learn English authentically, and it is very easy to use. By the way, be sure to choose a family drama, because it has the most dialogues and the best to use.
