1.Steel pipe pretreatment stage:

First of all, the physical and chemical properties of the original steel pipe should be tested, and the corresponding anti-corrosion scheme should be selected according to the test results. Then, the original steel pipe is placed in a pickling tank for pickling to remove oxides and rust from the surface of the steel pipe. This is followed by chloride cleaning and fresh water rinsing to meet the required cleanliness.

2.Anti-corrosion substrate treatment stage:

The surface of the pretreated steel pipe is sprayed with primer, and after the primer is dried, it is pickled again, then sprayed with the first anticorrosive paint, pickled again, then sprayed with the second anticorrosive paint, and finally pickled again, and then sprayed with the third anticorrosive paint. The coating thickness in this process is 05-1mm, wait for the third coat and let it dry overnight.

3.Anticorrosive coil processing stage:

The treated four-oil and three-cloth coils are cut according to the required length and diameter respectively, and then the coil is rolled on the surface of the steel pipe to ensure that the coil and the surface of the steel pipe are completely fitted. Then the method of high-temperature drying and curing is used to form a complete anti-corrosion layer on the surface of the coil and steel pipe.

4.Outer wall protection treatment of steel pipe:

For the four-oil and three-cloth anti-corrosion steel pipe, in order to improve its anti-corrosion performance, it is also necessary to protect the outer wall of the steel pipe. The specific method is to apply a layer of epoxy coal asphalt anti-corrosion coating on the outer wall of the steel pipe, and then wrap the polyethylene anti-corrosion tape on its surface.
