1.Best location. Far away from residential areas, close to mountains and rivers, the environment is elegant, sitting in the north and facing south, there are no other monasteries in the surrounding 50 square kilometers, and there are more than 200 believers.

2.Floor space. A total of about 10,000 square meters are required, of which 7,000 square meters are occupied by the temple area, 2,000 square meters by service areas such as parking lots, and 1,000 square meters by vegetable gardens.

3.Temple building. According to the Buddhist rituals, the central axis layout of the Buddha hall, including the Tianwang Palace, the Daxiong Treasure Hall and the main offering hall; The east and west sides are arranged with halls, including Guanyin, Manjushri, Fuxian, Jizang four Bodhisattva halls and the old man's hall, the patriarch's hall, the ** hall, etc.; The bell and drum towers are laid out on both sides of the Tianwang Palace; Other suitable places will arrange ancillary facilities such as monastic dormitories, dining halls, and Dharma logistics offices.

4.Buddha statue enshrined. First, there are more than 5 ordained monks who meet the conditions and can get along with each other, and the condition is that there is a monk qualification certificate issued by the Buddhist Association, and there are filing procedures with the local religious department, and monks and nuns are generally required not to live together; Second, there are qualified principal clergy, the condition of which is that there is a recognition opinion of the Buddhist Association and there are filing procedures with the religious department; Third, there is a democratic management organization, which is democratically recommended by religious believers, reviewed and approved by the Buddhist Association, and filed by the religious department; Fourth, in accordance with the "Measures for the Management of Religious Activity Sites," establish and improve various rules and regulations to achieve standardized management of construction, personnel, activities, finance, and security.

6.Main activities: A Buddhist monastery must do a good job in religious activities in order to serve the religious life of religious believers: First, festivals, such as the Buddha's enlightenment festival on the eighth day of the lunar month, the Buddha's birthday on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month, and the Bon festival and traditional temple fairs on July 15.
