According to reports, Beijing courts have resolved more than 30% of key project disputes through mediation and settlement, providing strong support for the special action to relieve Beijing's non-capital functions. At the same time, the Beijing International Commercial Court and the one-stop diversified dispute resolution center for international commercial disputes have been established to actively optimize the legal environment for business and increase the judicial protection of property rights, providing a strong guarantee for the economic construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Through the signing of the framework agreement with the Tianjin and Hebei courts, the Beijing court has further strengthened its cooperation with the courts of the three regions, covering a wide range of fields, including enforcement, bankruptcy, environmental resources, finance, intellectual property and other aspects.
