Shape the spiritual world of the Chinese people with civilization. The Chinese civilization has endured for thousands of years, and this is not only a miracle of human civilization, but also the confidence of our self-confidence. The Chinese civilization has lasted for thousands of years and has its own unique value system, which embodies the value consensus of the Chinese nation, carries the social ideal of "harmony among all nations, great harmony in the world", contains the feelings of the family and country of "cultivating Qi and governing peace, and has the responsibility to rise and fall", and engraves the spiritual quality of "being virtuous and self-improving", showing the dialectical wisdom of "harmony and difference, seeking common ground while reserving differences", and shaping the "reform of the old and the new, and the constant and change" The ideology reflects the world outlook, outlook on life, and values of the Chinese nation formed and inherited from the tenacious struggle of the strugglers of the past generations, condenses into the unique cultural genes of the Chinese nation, becomes the code of conduct that people use every day without realizing it, and shapes the unique spiritual world and behavioral norms of the Chinese people.
Nourish the spiritual pursuit of the Chinese people with culture. Chinese culture has a long history, accumulating the deepest spiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation, representing the unique spiritual identity of the Chinese nation, and providing rich nourishment for the Chinese nation's endless growth and development. It contains the value orientation of people-oriented, people-oriented governance, the moral realm of advocating virtue and righteousness, accumulating goodness and becoming virtuous, and the economic ethics of enriching the people and benefiting the people, taking into account justice and benefit, and the combination of knowledge and action.

To strengthen cultural self-confidence and self-improvement means to persistently follow our own path, base ourselves on the great historical practice and contemporary practice of the Chinese nation, sum up China's experience well with Chinese principles, elevate China's experience to Chinese theory, neither blindly follow various dogmas nor copy foreign theories, realize spiritual independence, and enhance the cultural subjectivity of the Chinese people. From the founding of New China to the victory of the socialist revolution, the ancient country of the East, which was poor and white, made great strides into a socialist society. Reform, opening up, and socialist modernization have enabled the people's living standards to develop from insufficient food and clothing to an overall well-off life, and have made a great leap from standing up to becoming rich. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the cause of the Party and the country has made historic achievements and undergone historic changes, and the Chinese nation has ushered in a great leap from standing up, getting rich to becoming strong.
