The first trick: disable updates for local services.
Press win+r on the keyboard at the same time and type servicesmsc and click OK.
In the pop-up service window, find Windows Update and double-click to open its properties, setting the startup type to disabled.

Trick 2: Turn off updates by Group Policy.

Hold down Win+R, type regedit and press enter, Registry Editor, click by path, and then right-click in the blank area on the right to create a new DWORD32 value, named FlightSettingsMaxPauseDays.
Double-click Edit, select Decimal, change the left value to 54321, and click OK.
