At that time, this newcomer said righteously, which made me feel ashamed, "In principle, it is impossible to lead to mixing of materials if the production is carried out according to the requirements." ”
I really want to ask him, if in principle it is impossible to mess up, and the whole process is under the full supervision of the quality department, why does the mixing problem still occur?
As a courtesy, I asked him a question about self-reflection on quality control after he had finished speaking.
Whether it is an execution problem or a monitoring problem, there is a reason for the root cause of the quality problem, whether it is a five-five split account or a three-seven split account, the potential risks that exist on both sides need to be eliminated.
Then, in the course of our detailed discussion, I found that he was not aware of the quality control process of the product, how many quality control points there were, and whether it was sufficient to control the risk of mixing in each section of the product process.
Because it was not clear, he directly led the contradiction to production, saying that there were full inspection posts in the production process, why did it mix, it must have been a problem with the full inspection.
