I should feel happy after reading a book, but I can't be happy, so many methods in the book seem to be that I don't remember much, just a simple stimulation in the brain, can not form my own things.

For example, when I read the goal, I could think of a lot of things, but once I started writing, I couldn't remember any of them, so I couldn't just read the book once, and I had to read the books that were useful to me repeatedly to remember more valuable content, which made me interested in the books I bought before.

When asked what the goal is, everyone is probably having a headache, or they say, what is the goal, one day is the other, there is food and drink, and what are you doing; Either you want to become rich, you have a luxury house and a luxury car, and you can go to ** if you want to**.

I haven't thought seriously at all, and I'm always the same as others, so my life will be very ordinary, more than the upper and lower than the bottom, of course, there is no problem with such a life, after all, this is also a life attitude.

But is it destined to be mediocre in life? Don't you regret those dreams you once had, and don't want to take the initiative to do something to change?

The first step in setting goals is to ask yourself why, force yourself to think, don't always be carried away by inertia, is it really to avoid thinking, you can do anything?

Have a communication with your heart, will you still be like this in the future? At least after this series of questions comes out, you will be touched, of course, don't push it so hard all at once, otherwise you will fall into extreme anxiety and think that you have achieved nothing.

The second step is to observe your surroundings and see what the problems you need to solve most urgently, from this point of view, after all, the problems you encounter may also be encountered by others, and you try to solve them, and you can also help them solve them.

If you go on like this, you will know what you want to do, in fact, it is a bit like altruism, then the same problems of others, you may also encounter them, and the value is not to be able to solve other people's problems!

In the process of doing, the goal may appear, at least your intention is to help others, so how to help, you will make some plans for yourself to achieve your goals.

The third step is to do it for a long time, since it is valuable, it is worth paying, so as to bring positive feedback to yourself, just like the author's writing, I didn't have a goal at that time, it was because I persevered, I saw that there was good feedback, and it also brought benefits to myself, so I tried to persevere.

On the road of perseverance, the author has a sense of work, and knows that only by thinking deeply can he create good works and help everyone face life and work better.

It can be seen that it is one's own insistence that will bring the future to the limit.

The fourth step is to assume, it doesn't matter if you don't know what you do, assume one first, do it and see, anyway, you don't have any goals, just say that you don't have one, there is no difficulty, after all, it is hypothetical, and there is no loss if you can't do it.

This trick is actually very practical, the moment you say it, you already have a goal, and then you start to think about how to achieve the goal, and the new understanding will also be learned in the process of doing it, during which you will adjust yourself.

It doesn't matter if it's not suitable, it's not about finding a wrong one, don't have the idea of finding a goal, wasting your time, and getting nothing in the end, trying is the first step to change.

The goal is there, and the rest will be implemented, and now I'm struggling with whether to read it again or read a new one, and after writing the article, I found that I can do any of them, after all, after trying it, I will understand it later, and I am glad in my heart, but fortunately I knew it earlier.
