Double-loaded proteins

Definitions

A class of acidic proteins rich in mammalian brains, with varying molecular weights and sizes, bind to clathrins, promoter proteins, and synaptic vesicle phosphatase, and participate in the endocytosis of synaptic vesicles. In Drosophila, such proteins are mainly found in the T-duct network of muscles, while their N-terminal amphiphilic helix domains are widely found in other proteins.

Computational processing method of ELISA kit experimental data

1. Fitting and curve:

Enter the first line: concentration value, e.g. 0 10 50 100 400

Enter the second line: the adjusted OD value at that concentration, e.g. 0 0586 1.397 1.997 3.42

Select these input data, use the Chart button in the insert to enter the Chart Wizard, and select "XY Scatter Chart" in the "Standard Type"; In the Subchart Type, select Line Scatter Chart and press Next; Select "Series Generated in Line" and press "Next"; Data flags, which can be filled in: such as data y-axis, od value; Data x-axis, concentration; Press Next and click Done. Graphs are available.

Click on the curve, right-click, select "Add Trend Line", and in Type, select Polynomial; In the options, select Show Formula, choose Show r-squared values.

Get the formula and r-squared values.

You can also use the method described above: double-click on the chart, enter it into the chart's data, and you can fit the curve.

2. Calculate the concentration:

First Experiment:

The standard curve is:

y = -4e-05x2 + 0.026x

r2 = 0.9745

For example, knowing the OD value, calculate the concentration.

Since y = -4e-05x2 + 0026x, you can get:

4e-05x2 -0.026x +y=0

ax2 +bx +y=0

Notes:

1.Protease inhibitors can also be stored uncapped2-8 before use. After opening the lid and using-20 store.

2.Protease inhibitors are solid at 2-8 low temperatures, return to room temperature or 37 short water baths after removing from the refrigerator, centrifuge to the bottom of the tube and then open the lid after entering a liquid state.

3.Please use the reagent as soon as possible after unpacking!
