A few days ago, with regard to the "fishing boat incident" that occurred more than half a month ago, our side has already held the 13th round of negotiations with the Coast Guard, which shows that our side still has great sincerity in this matter. However, it is regrettable that, judging from the live footage that has been made public so far, after 13 rounds of negotiations, the matter has not been properly resolved. The representatives of both sides did not look at each other when they left the negotiation venue, and our representatives left the scene without saying a word. In this regard, we can only hope for a result in the next round, the 14th round of negotiations.

The biggest reason why the negotiations between the two sides have reached an impasse is that the Coast Guard still does not recognize the reality, still holds an arrogant and unreasonable attitude, and is unwilling to sincerely repent, let alone publicly apologize and compensate, let alone punish. The author believes that one of the reasons why the Coast Guard's attitude is extremely crazy today is that it has not been "beaten" so far.

The Coast Guard has been doing a lot of evil in relevant waters, including the Xiajin Sea, for many years, which has also fostered its arrogant attitude. Now, although our side has successfully exercised its legitimate law enforcement power and jurisdiction in the Xiamen-Jin waters, as far as the Coast Guard is concerned, it can continue to do evil as long as it retreats to the main island of Taiwan Island or even the Penghu Islands, so although our law enforcement patrol in the Xiamen-Jin waters is already "one step closer", for the Coast Guard and the Taiwan authorities, they have not been able to more deeply understand the changes in the situation.

In addition, the coast guard ships deployed by the Coast Guard in Kinmen and other places are all very small, small coast guard ships of tens of tons and the largest of 100 tons, and their large coast guard ships have not yet appeared in the relevant sea areas. For example, its largest 4,000-ton "Chiayi" ship and 3,000-ton "Kaohsiung" ship have not yet been dispatched. Therefore, the author believes that this may make the Coast Guard think that it still has "cards to play", so it is unwilling to "give in".

Therefore, in this case, the author believes that it is necessary for our side to further exert strong pressure on the Coast Guard and the Taiwan authorities, so that the Coast Guard has no choice but to use its last few "hole cards." When the largest Coast Guard ships of the Coast Guard are also defeated by the powerful aura of our coast guard law enforcement vessels, the Coast Guard may be able to truly relent. With all 13 rounds of negotiations falling apart, it is necessary to "give the Coast Guard a boost" outside the negotiating table in order to completely dispel its unrealistic illusions.

To do this, the author believes that stronger and larger tonnage coast guard ships can be dispatched first. At present, the strongest coast guard ships in the former Xiajin sea area are the 2,000-ton China Coast Guard and the 2203 ship. Although these coast guard ships are already very strong, there is still a certain gap in tonnage between them and the 4,000-ton "Chiayi" and 3,000-ton "Kaohsiung" ships of the Taiwan Local Coast Guard. The author believes that even if our side does not dispatch the strongest 10,000-ton coast guard ship, it can also dispatch a 5,000-ton coast guard ship, which is enough to form a strong pressure on the Coast Guard.

For example, the China Coast Guard 2506 ship, which was converted into the original "Li Siguang" survey ship of the Chinese Navy, has a displacement of more than 5,800 tons, and the tonnage is very large. In addition, we have the Haijing 2501, which is also a large 5,000-ton law enforcement vessel.

Second, after the dispatch of large law enforcement vessels, our coast guard can further expand the scope of law enforcement. After the appearance of large law enforcement vessels, our side might as well expand the scope of law enforcement to the waters around the Penghu Islands and even Taiwan Island itself, so that on the one hand, it can form a strong deterrent to the Coast Guard, and on the other hand, it can also make it have to dispatch large coast guard ships to "press the bottom of the box", which will give our coast guard the opportunity to defeat it in one fell swoop.

After the Coast Guard's "hole cards" such as the "Chiayi" and "Kaohsiung" warships were all played, they finally had to admit defeat.
