This is a big case that once shocked the whole country, the Shandong Lurongyu No. 2682 fishing boat battle royale case.

According to scientific research, humans can only remain rational for 90 days in a high-pressure environment, and if this period is exceeded, the mind may collapse and do things that would not be abnormal in a normal environment, especially when trapped in a closed place like an island for a long time. Sometimes human nature exposes evils that ordinary people can't imagine. Away from land, sea ships that float on the sea for a long time are such places.
In December 2010, there were several heavy snowfalls in Shandong, and the temperature dropped below freezing. On December 27, at Rongcheng Shidao Fishing Port, the squid fishing boat Lu Rongyu 2682 broke through the ice floe on the sea surface and set sail quietly.

The ship was going to Peru and Chile in the South Pacific to fish for squid.
In 10 years, the wholesale price of squid has risen from 5 6 yuan per catty to 9 10 yuan per catty, even so, the market is still in short supply. China's offshore waters are already short of fish resources due to overfishing, and fishing vessels are better able to fish further afield. This time, it is planned to take two years to come back.
The ship carried 33 crew members, which can be roughly divided into three groups according to their origins, and eight management personnel including captain Li Chengquan are from Dalian. A group of people led by Liu Guiduo came from Heilongjiang, and a wave of people led by Bao De came from Inner Mongolia. Many of these people know each other, are relatives, friends, etc., and invite each other to come.

Squid fishing is very hard, and if nothing else, many people can be forced out if they can't get off the boat for just two years, so it is difficult to recruit crews. In order to recruit the crew, Lu Rongyu No. 2682's Xinfa Aquatic Products Company offered a very high salary, promising that no matter whether they catch fish or not, each person will have a guaranteed salary of 45,000 yuan per year, and if they catch squid, they will have a commission of two cents and five cents per catty. It is expected that after two years of work, everyone can get a salary of more than 100,000 yuan.
In 10 years, more than 100,000 yuan is a lot of money for ordinary people, and these crew members have their own difficulties and are paid highly. For example, Wen Bo, who belongs to the management, didn't want to go to sea anymore, but his wife had just added a child to him, so he had to come out in order to earn milk powder money. Ma Yuchao, the only college student on the ship, has never found a job after graduation, thinking that he can gain a foothold in society by working hard for two years to earn a sum of money. Liu Guiduo has a local girlfriend in Dalian, who has a good relationship and wants to earn a sum of money to buy a house and start a family......Although the work is hard, but the thought of earning a lot of money, they all become migrant workers with the soul of a part-time worker.

No one knew that it turned out to be a journey to death.
As soon as the fishing boat set sail, something unusual happened, as if to foretell that the trip would not go well.
The original cook, surnamed Yan, suddenly shouted nervously everywhere on the first night of the ship:"Murder! "Murder! It scared a lot of people. After the captain scolded him, he became honest, but at one o'clock in the night he suddenly jumped into the sea and tried to swim back to the port. Fortunately, he was still offshore at the time, and people searched for him for more than half an hour and rescued him. After that, he was sent back to shore and replaced with another cook, Lao Xia.
At that time, no one knew that this Lao Xia would be the first person to be killed after the ** began.
Lu Rongyu 2682 traveled at sea for more than a month, and when he arrived in the waters of the South Pacific, he began to fish for squid.

Squid fishing is simple, squid are phototaxis, and at night they swim over as long as the headlights on the boat are turned on. The crew's job is to guard a squid fishing machine by themselves, pull the squid up after the squid is hooked, cut it into pieces, and send it to the warehouse for freezing, which is a purely manual work. But this work is very tiring, and sometimes I can't sleep for two days and one night.
Originally, although the work was tiring, the crew still worked hard for the sake of salary, but three months later, an incident happened that made the atmosphere on the ship start to become weird:Because they were too tired, the crew ** Bo and Yue Peng fell ill, there was no doctor on board, and the captain planned to let the passing fishing boat bring them back to China. When it came time to settle the salary, the captain went so far as to tell them that their basic salary was only one thousand. said that the contract signed with them at the beginning was that if you don't catch squid, you can get a basic salary of 45,000 a year, and if you catch squid, you can only get a basic salary of 1,000.

Because according to this calculation, they work hard for two years, deduct the food and drink they owe, and when they return to China, they may not only not earn money, but they may also owe money to the company!?

At the beginning of June 2011, Bao De, the leader of the Inner Mongolia Gang, approached the captain and wanted to resign early and return to China, but the captain flatly refused, saying:"Want to go? No way! You don't have a seafarer's certificate, and if you go out to sea to fish, you will be a black worker, which ship will dare to take you back? You can do it, and you have to do it if you don't do it! ”
Baud almost blew up.
Because at least half of the people on this ship do not have seafarers' certificates. Xinfa Fishery let them get on another boat Lu Rongyu 2660 first, and then transfer to 2682. Only then did he realize that the pit had already been dug at that time. The more Bao De thought about it, the more angry he became, he knew that Liu Guiduo of the Heilongjiang Gang was also very dissatisfied, so he found him and discussed with him about hijacking the ship and returning home. After Liu Guiduo agreed, the two went separately to connect people.
Bao De connected his two Heilongjiang fellows, and Liu Guiduo connected ** Bo and four other people.

Liu Guiduo was very scheming and set the entire action plan. Before the operation, he fully considered every detail, and first chose the time of the operation after the ship was fully refueled; secondly, before the operation, people turned off the communication equipment and positioning system on the ship to prevent other cruise ships from approaching; In the end, he took away everyone's squid killing knives and asked people to hide the kitchen knives. Before the operation, he also cheered everyone on and lied and said:"I know a lawyer in Jinan, and after returning to China, we will fight a lawsuit with the company, and we are not afraid of not getting money. ”
With the exception of management, all the crew knew in advance that they were going to hijack the ship, but none of them reported it to management.

At 11 o'clock in the evening of June 16, 2011, the captain Li Chengquan was sleeping in the captain's room, when suddenly Liu Guiduo and others rushed in and demanded that he return immediately. Li Chengquan disagreed, and Liu Gui grabbed them and stabbed him one after another, and not only that, but two of them slammed him on the head with iron rods. Forced to be helpless, Lee Seung-kwan had to agree to return and set up a return route with satellite navigation. But when setting up the return route, Li Chengquan still had the intention of resisting, so he secretly did something.
After he finished setting up, Bao De and others tied him up, but at this time, Liu Guiduo and others didn't plan to kill anyone, but just wanted to return to China. When tying Li Chengquan, Bao De wanted to use a rope thick with his fingers, but Liu Guiduo stopped him and said:"You can't tie people to death with this. ”So, they replaced the rope with strips of cloth.

At this moment, the ship's chef Elder Xia heard the movement, and he didn't know where to get a knife, and shouted with the knife:"Little X cub wants to hijack a ship? ”Straight to the captain's quarters.
Lao Xia saw that there was someone guarding the captain's room, so he took a knife and broke into the captain's room, and a crew member stabbed him twice from behind. After Lao Xia was stabbed, he grabbed the blade with his hand and snatched the knife with his backhand, and his leg was broken with a stick by another gatekeeper. After Lao Xia knelt on the ground, he was stabbed in the chest again and died on the spot.
After Lao Xia's death, the body was thrown into the sea, and at the same time, it also kicked off the cannibalism between the members of the ship, and the back went crazy.
On June 19, 2011, because the communication system and positioning system of the "Lu Rongyu 2682" were shut down, and contact with the company was suddenly lost, Xinfa Fishery, which was far away in Chinese mainland, immediately reported the situation to the fishery department, and the fishery department immediately launched a sea search and rescue.
On July 4, 2011, Liu Guiduo couldn't hold back and called his girlfriend with the satellite of the captain's room, and this signal was immediately discovered. The Beijing Maritime Satellite Ground Station made more than 100 calls to Lu Rongyu 2682, and Liu Guiduo and others had no choice but to let the captain take it.
After the captain picked up the **, he reported under the coercion of Liu Guiduo and others:"The vessel is normal, it is already in the vicinity of Hawaiian waters, and it is heading home. ”After saying that, I hung up**.

The captain's report made Xinfa Fishery confirm that Lu Rongyu 2682 was indeed in trouble. Because according to the plan, Lu Rongyu 2682 still has to operate at sea for more than a year, and suddenly returned at this time, how can it be said that everything is normal? The search and rescue of the ship has been intensified in China.
At the same time, the atmosphere on Lu Rongyu 2682 is becoming more and more tense.
After the death of the chef elder Xia, Bao De, Liu Guiduo and others strictly controlled the situation on the fishing boat. They had planned to throw people who did not want to return with them into life rafts after the ship, and drive the ship home themselves. After Lao Xia died, they tied the life raft to the ship with steel bars, confiscated all the squid killing knives, and resharpened nine very sharp knives with the equipment of the cold room, one for each person, with iron rods, and four people took turns on duty, guarding the crew and not talking to the captain to prevent anyone from escaping with the life raft.
Because of these actions, the atmosphere on the ship became more and more tense, and Liu Guiduo reassured everyone, saying that they just wanted to hijack the ship and return to China and fight a lawsuit with the company, and he knew a lawyer in Jinan. Another veteran crew member who participated in the hijacking of the ship also said:"If you don't have one, you don't have one, and when you go back, you say that you have scraped into the sea, or you have stumbled and fallen into the sea, which is very common at sea. ”
But in fact, their own spirits are very tense.
After the hijacking, the forces on board were divided into three groups. The management was in charge, the people involved in the hijacking, and the neutrals who were not involved. Mr. Liu was always worried that the management would revolt.

Under this suspicion, it didn't take long for something very suspicious to happen. For a period of time, the fuel consumption of the steamer suddenly increased suddenly, several times more than usual, and several auxiliary engines suddenly disappeared.
The careful Liu Guiduo also found that during this time, there were several people in the management, who were very close to a few neutral crew members, and often got together to whisper.

This person is also a neutral, named Bo Fujun. He said to Liu Guiduo:"Some people want to rebel, and they want to win me in. ”He said a few names, and it was indeed these people that Liu Guiduo suspected. But after this person finished speaking, he seemed to regret it a little, and said a few good words for a few people in the management. Unexpectedly, just these few words would soon cause death for himself.

Liu Guiduo found Bao De and discussed what to do about it. Bowde said"What else can I do, just kill them all. ”Liu Guiduo agreed, and made a detailed plan.
Before carrying out the plan, in order to prevent a shortage of manpower, they also called two original neutrals and threatened them, saying that we are going to kill whoever we want, and if you don't participate, we will throw you into the sea.
The two had seen them kill Lao Xia and immediately agreed.
On the evening of July 20, 2011, Liu Guiduo put the sound of the ship to the maximum, and under the cover of **sheng, the first wave began.
They first asked the chief engineer in charge of the engine room and the driver to check it under the pretext that the rudder horn was broken, and after the chief engineer checked it, he found that there was no problem, and on the way back to the dormitory alone, he was stabbed by Bao De from behind, and the tip of the knife penetrated through the back and through the chest.

The chief engineer staggered to escape, but several of Baude's accomplices rushed up and stabbed him, killing him and throwing him overboard.
The chief engineer lived in a four-man room with his cousin and another ordinary crew member, and after killing the chief engineer, they poured into the room, and one of them put a knife on the neck of the crew, while the rest hacked the chief engineer's cousin to death on the bed and threw him into the sea.
There are two neutral crew members who collude with the management, two of them live in a 12-person room, and there is also a second officer they want to get rid of is also in this room, Bao De originally planned to call them out one by one and kill them separately, but after killing the two neutral crew members, he didn't want to bother, so he rushed directly into the 12-person room and stabbed the second mate in a mess.

At this time, Liu Gui walked in, bent down and said with a smile"Isn't this the second mate, why are you lying on the ground? The intestines are all leaking out, what's going on? ”In other words, he stabbed him in the body, and after the stabbing made the second mate who didn't know whether he was alive or dead also thrown into the sea.
In this dormitory, there was Ma Yuchao, the only college student on the ship, and Ma Yuchao was trembling with fear as he watched a group of them kill people like madmen.
After Liu Gui finished killing people, he comforted him with a smile and said:"Ma Yuchao, don't be afraid, I won't kill you. ”But Ma Yuchao's spirit broke down and disappeared that night, and the boat was so big that he couldn't find it, maybe he jumped into the sea.
Ma Yuchao's mother originally did not agree with him to go to sea as a seafarer, but during the Spring Festival in 2011, Ma Yuchao used a satellite to call her on the ship, and comforted her"You just thought I was going out to college for another two years. ”
But his mom will never wait for him to come home.
Let's go on to say that after Liu Guiduo finished comforting Ma Yuchao, he said to another frightened crew member:"When you were asked to join, you didn't join, and now you know that you are scared? Don't worry, you are my brother, I will not move you first. ”
After killing people indoors, they went out to kill four more people, all of whom were crew members who had a good relationship with the chief engineer, including Bo Fujun, who had told Liu Guiduo before.
Because Bo Fujun said a few good words for the chief engineer, Liu Guiduo thought that he had defected, and he was also killed in this killing.
After this wave of killings, there were only four people left in the management and only seven people in the neutral crew. There were only 22 people on board.
Two of the neutral crew members were frightened, and in order to save their lives, they secretly found Liu Guiduo and said:"Brother Liu, if there is anything else, you can call the two of us. ”。Added the Ship Raiders.
With so many people dying on the ship, Liu Guiduo and others understood that they would definitely not be able to return to China. At this time, the fishing boat had already arrived in Japanese waters, and it was only a dozen days before the voyage back home. Liu Guiduo said to the others"I have friends in Japan, and I can find someone to smuggle them into Japan. ”Ask everyone to put 5,000 yuan each into his girlfriend's card as the cost of smuggling.
This move caused displeasure among others, especially Baude.
5,000 yuan was not a small amount at the time, and not everyone could take it out. If it weren't for the lack of money, who would come here to work? The money was transferred to Liu Guiduo's girlfriend's card, and only he knew how much he received, who could believe it? And Bao De suspected that Liu Guiduo wanted to kill them all before going to Japan, and only took two or three of his henchmen with him.

Liu Guiduo's previous arbitrariness had already aroused Bao De's dissatisfaction, and Bao De secretly discussed with his Inner Mongolian villagers and wanted to kill Liu Guiduo first. But one of his fellow villagers is from Inner Mongolia, but he has a better relationship with Liu Guiduo, and he pretended to agree on the surface, but secretly found Liu Guiduo to tell the truth.
Liu Guiduo also had precautions against Bao De, and the whistleblower found Liu Guiduo and just said to him:"Brother Liu, there is a very serious matter, I have to tell you. ”
Liu Guiduo immediately asked"Is Bowd trying to kill me? ”This surprised the whistleblower.
Liu Guiduo could not trust many people at this time, and in order to deal with Bao De, he found the captain and said:"I have seven or eight lives on my hands, and if you want to survive, you have to get some blood. ”He also told the captain that the second mate who had the best relationship with the captain was killed by Bao De, and asked the captain to kill Bao De.
I don't know if the captain believed it, or maybe it was for his life, the captain agreed to kill Baud with him.
Four days after the first wave of killings, another wave of killings began in the waters east of Japan.
Liu Guiduo approached Bao De and told him that the captain wanted to join them, and he asked the captain to kill a neutral crew member stained with blood, and the captain agreed, asking Bao De to lend him his knife to the captain to use.
Without much thought, Baud gave the knife to the captain.
He didn't know that the neutral crew member who was called to let the captain kill the bloodstained crew was actually a bait, and he had secretly taken refuge in Liu Guiduo. After the captain took the knife, the man and the captain stabbed him in the body. In addition to these two people, Liu Guiduo also arranged for two henchmen to watch in secret, and rushed out together to join the siege at this time.
After being injured, Bao De called out to his fellow Inner Mongolians: "Come out!" "But no one dared to come out. He was stabbed and forced to jump into the sea, after which all four of his accomplices were also forced to jump into the sea.
At this point, there were only 17 people left on board.
At 4 o'clock in the morning that night, after several killings, the big pipe wheel Wang Yanlong had a psychological breakdown, probably feeling that he could not escape death, and wanted to die with everyone, he opened the main valve of the fishing boat, let the sea water rush into the bottom of the engine room, and then disappeared, he should have also jumped into the sea. There was one less person on board.

After the engine room flooded, the fishing boat lost power, and the hull began to tilt. Liu Guiduo, the captain and others had to turn on the communication equipment to send a message for help, and at the same time tied together the bed board and other things that could float together and set up a raft.
The first mate and three crew members with no blood on their hands boarded the raft and cut the cable to escape. Unfortunately, the raft had drifted far away, and it looked like a fist-sized shadow from the fishing boat, but after a while, the current pushed it back to the fishing boat. At the same time, because there was no cargo on the fishing boat, it sank for a while and did not sink any further.

Liu Guiduo asked people to use the iron sinker for squid fishing, and the captain felt that the first mate had betrayed himself by escaping, and shouted: "Smash!" Smash to death. The people on the fishing boat threw their iron sinkers at the raft.
Of the four people on the raft, three were smashed into the sea and were injured. There are sharks in the nearby waters, and they will definitely not survive. There was also a bitter begging, and Liu Guiduo asked people to fish him up.
Then the captain said to Liu Guiduo: "Rescue is coming soon, but there are still two people who have not yet been bloody." ”
Liu Guiduo said to the two people: "You guys look at it!" ”
One of the two people picked up a knife and was about to stab the rescued man, Liu Guiduo said: "Don't stab, just throw it into the sea." ”
The two tied the man with ropes, tied an iron pendant around his body, and threw him into the sea.

At this point, there were only 11 people left alive on board, and each of them had human lives on their hands.
Although the fishing boat no longer sinks, it has also lost power and can only float in the sea. Liu Guiduo and others sent a message for help, but they couldn't come back, so they had to wait for the arrival of the rescue boat.
Seven days later, China's fishery rescue ship arrived and towed the Lu Rongyu 2682 home. During the seven days of waiting for rescue, Liu Guiduo also organized a meeting of the crew to collude in advance to discuss that if they were interrogated, they would say that Baode's gang had killed someone, and then escaped on a raft, and they were survivors. They also wrote down two copies of the fabricated experience and had people take turns reciting them. And when the rescue boat towed the fishing boat back, Liu Guiduo also led people to search the room one by one to check if anyone had left anything that should not be left.
They really found a notebook, a dead crew member, which recorded the ** who killed Lao Xia. In addition, I also found the diary of Ma Yuchao, a college student who jumped into the sea and died, I don't know what was written, and I threw it into the sea by Liu Guiduo.
However, Liu Guiduo's preparations were in vain, and their testimony, which was full of flaws, was vulnerable during the trial.
On August 13, 2011, it rained heavily in Rongcheng, Shandong.
At the pier of Shidao Fishing Port, there are many police officers lying in ambush in the rain in hidden places, and 11 police cars are hiding in the shadows.
The policemen watched the fishing boat "Lu Rongyu 2682" as if they were facing a great enemy, which was towed by the fishery rescue boat, slowly sailed into Shidao Fishing Port, and docked at the wharf. After the fishing boat stopped, the armed police escorted down 11 crew members from the boat, whose hands were tied behind their backs. When they came ashore, the police in ambush rushed out, and police cars also drove out of their hiding places, taking each of the 11 people into police cars and escorting them away.
These 11 people were just ordinary people when they boarded the "Lu Rongyu 2682" fishing boat, but at this time, they had become executioners with blood on their hands, extremely ** and dangerous.

On November 4, 2011, the Intermediate People's Court of Wendeng City, Shandong Province heard the case, and on July 19, 2013, the verdict of the case came out, and the 11 people who survived, Liu Guiduo and other 5 main offenders were sentenced to death, and the rest were sentenced to death with a suspended sentence, one person was sentenced to life imprisonment, two people were sentenced to 15 years in prison, and two people were sentenced to 5 years and one person was sentenced to 4 years.
After the verdict was announced, Liu Guiduo's parents cried and told reporters:"If only everyone on the boat could swim like a fish, it wouldn't have happened. ”
Liu Guiduo has always denied all the allegations, and when he was in the detention center, he encouraged the suspect in the same cell as him to escape, but he was reported the next day, after which his limbs were fixed to the bed board. When one of the crew members with the least crimes was released from prison, he passed by his cell and pointed his head with difficulty, made a gesture of shooting, and showed the same vicious smile as when he killed the second mate.
But Liu Guiduo was a filial child in the eyes of his parents, a righteous friend in the eyes of his friends, and a person worthy of lifelong trust in the hearts of his girlfriend, and he didn't even have a criminal record before boarding Lu Rongyu No. 2682. On Lu Rongyu 2682, he was not the first person to propose hijacking the ship, and he was not the first person to use a knife to hurt people, but in a special environment, after he grasped the power and could control the life and death of others, he quickly degenerated into a demon. By the end, the giant shark of lust and violence had completely devoured his humanity.
But in that ship, he was not the only one who quickly transformed into a demon in order to survive.
The crew members of Lu Rongyu 2682 boarded the ship with their own dreams, but after Pandora's box was opened, no one escaped.
So who drove them into such a desperate situation? If there were no fake contracts, and the captain did not coldly and rudely squeeze them, then would not everything have happened?
