My preaching story
——Talk about the "craftsman spirit" in the new era
My name is Chen Mingyou, and I am an ordinary industrial technical worker in the vinegar making workshop of Tianli Duliu Old Vinegar Co., Ltd., and I am also a lecturer of the Jinghai District Model Worker Propaganda Group.
I've been with preaching for a long time. As a front-line industrial skilled worker, I often have the opportunity to listen to the presentations of outstanding workers from all walks of life, and my own real transformation from listener to speaker is actually due to an important opportunity in 2020. In this year, I was honored to come to the Great Hall of the People in Beijing to participate in the National Commendation Conference for Model Workers and Advanced Workers as a representative of Tianjin Model Workers. At the meeting, I listened carefully to the speech of the general secretary, and deeply felt the general secretary's concern for our workers, and since then, I have also made up my mind to tell the stories of our workers themselves, and never let down the trust of the party and the people.
Beginning with ingenuity, Qinghu preaches the original intention
It has been more than 30 years since I entered the vinegar factory, and these 30 years of experience have not only developed my excellent style of taking root in the post, but also developed my professional attitude of excellence, which is especially true after I came into contact with the preaching work.
In my opinion, the process of preaching is the process in which the lecturer explains the party's good policies clearly and clearly, so that the audience can get into their minds and hearts and get inspiration. At first, after officially becoming a member of the model worker propaganda group, I first started with the workers and workers in my own workshop, and in the face of the workers and workers with different levels of education, I gradually found that if the theory is detached from the reality at the grassroots level, then no matter how wonderful the lecture is, the response is destined to be dull, and what can really attract the audience is precisely the real experience and vivid story of the lecturer himself.
Therefore, in my spare time, I will consciously systematically organize my past experiences and become rich materials for my preaching. The content of the story has changed from the newcomer "no way to start" to the "handy" at work, from the initial hesitation to the current one-sidedness, from the "step by step" of the ancient technology to the "reform of the old and the new" ...... the production processI told my stories over the past 30 years to the audience in plain language, and my audience naturally increased.
Strive for perfection, cultivate and preach the thick soil
With the accumulation of preaching experience, I gradually realized that in addition to the content of preaching, the preaching method of the preacher is also very important to determine the effectiveness of a preaching activity. That is, according to the characteristics of the audience, in the form that the masses like to hear and hear, and in the language that the people like to listen to, to carry out the propaganda and promotion of the people, in order to stimulate people's confidence and enthusiasm.
Based on my personal experience, I have summarized three methods of preaching, which are targeted preaching, menu-based preaching and interactive preaching. Targeted preaching is to tailor the preaching content according to different preaching objects, and use the words familiar to the preaching objects to carry out preaching, so as to achieve the expected effect of preaching. Menu-based preaching is to segment the audience group, understand their interests, hobbies, thoughts, needs and expectations, optimize the preaching method, and improve the preaching effect. Interactive propaganda is to use the forms of heart-to-heart exchanges, you ask me answers, interactive chats, etc., to explain the theory thoroughly face-to-face and explain the policy intimately. Therefore, on different occasions, I will also adopt different methods of preaching according to different situations, such as preaching the production process seriously in the factory workshop, preaching subject knowledge in the school classroom in the form of classroom teaching, and preaching anecdotes in the form of round tables in villages and towns.
In recent years, as my preaching footprints have gradually spread to all walks of life, I have gradually formed a "four-step" preaching method of asking questions, interacting with each other, from point to face, and step-by-step in the feedback from the audience, which has been widely affirmed by the audience and has also played a good role in preaching, which also provides a strong impetus for me to continue to study the preaching career.
Move forward steadfastly and guard the roots of preaching
As an ordinary industrial and technical worker, I am fortunate to be at the forefront of our team, which is inseparable from our good times, and inseparable from the great attention of the party and the state to our front-line workers. In recent years, with the continuous increase in the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage, Duliu Vinegar Factory has won the honor of the National Rural Tourism Boutique Route, and has become a typical propaganda position in Jinghai District, and I have become the watchman and builder of this position. In the face of tourists from all over the country, I consciously served as the docent of the tourist line of Duliu Vinegar Factory, while preaching the party's rural revitalization strategy and the policy of benefiting the people and enriching the people, I actively promoted the great national spirit and the value of the times contained in the intangible cultural heritage culture of Jinghai, and turned the lecture platform into a podium, so that every visitor was deeply touched during the visit. With the strong support of various departments, Duliu vinegar factory has also won the title of Jinghai District primary and secondary school education base, Duliu old vinegar technology has gradually entered the school "vinegar workshop", becoming a new form of "five education" education for students, and the seeds of respecting and promoting the spirit of craftsmen have quietly taken root in the hearts of students. The blueprint has been drawn, and it is time to forge ahead. In the new era, it is the right time for the majority of workers to show new achievements. I will continue to study innovative production technology in my own position, and continue to give full play to my "light" and "heat". At the same time, we will continue to tell the stories of our model workers, labor stories and craftsmen, be a communicator and practitioner of the spirit of craftsmen in the new era, and never fail to live up to the mission of a model worker speaker.
