It was learned from Wuhan Public Resources** that the maintenance and supporting facilities project of No. 1 and No. 2 teaching buildings in the North District of Jianghan University was planned to be tendered.
The project plans to repair the existing No. 1 and No. 2 teaching buildings and the reserved power distribution room of No. 3 in the north area of Jianghan University, with a total construction area of about 25,72326 square meters. Building 1 is about 13,51879 square meters, Building 2 is about 1209147 square meters, Building 3 reserved power distribution room about 113 square meters. Supporting the construction of water supply and drainage, electrical, HVAC and outdoor roads, greening, pipe network connection and power capacity expansion projects.
This is another major project after the reconstruction and expansion project of Jianghan University Hospital. In November last year, Wuhan Tianshi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Wuhan Ecological Environment Design and Research Institute jointly won the bid for the general contracting of the Jianghan University Hospital Renovation Project, and won the bid of **2684680,000 yuan. 
The project reconstructs and expands the hospital of Jianghan University, with a construction area of 965619 square meters, of which the construction area of the comprehensive building of the school hospital is 931981 square meters, 92 beds, new equipment room construction area of 28638 square meters, liquid oxygen station construction area of 50 square meters.
After the reconstruction, the main functional rooms of the school hospital include 383 emergency rooms37 square meters, 1200 square meters of outpatient room, 2849 square meters of inpatient room83 square meters, 3,620 square meters for medical and technical departments, MRI equipment, and traditional Chinese medicine rooms, and 938 rooms for security systems62 square meters, 398 rooms for business management and preventive health care57 square meters, 265 living in the hospital8 sq.m.
