Have you learned how to flare your mouth?

PFA (perfluoropropylene) flaring process is as follows:

1.Preparation: Make sure the work area is clean and tidy and have the required PFA tubing and tools ready. Ensure that tools and equipment meet hygienic standards and are cleaned and disinfected as necessary.

2.Measure & Marking: Measure the PFA tubing using a ruler or ruler according to the desired length of tubing, and use the marking tool to mark the flaring position on the tubing.

3.Heating the tubing: PFA tubing is heated using appropriate heating equipment, such as a flame gun or electric heater, to soften its surface. Pay attention to control the heating temperature to avoid overheating causing PFA melting or thermal damage.

4.Flaring: When the PFA pipe reaches the appropriate heating temperature, use a special flaring tool or a manual flaring tool to flare the pipe. Select the appropriate tool according to the pipe diameter and flaring requirements, insert the tool into the heated pipe, and gently rotate or advance the tool so that one end of the pipe is gradually flared.

5.Cooling and curing: Once the flaring is complete, place the PFA tubing on a flat surface and allow it to cool naturally to cure and maintain the flare shape. Cooling water or other cooling equipment can be used as needed to speed up the cooling process.

6.Inspection and Cleaning: After the flaring is complete and cooled, check the shape and quality of the flaring. Make sure the flaring is not visibly cracked, broken, or deformed. Clean up the work area and dispose of unwanted waste and tools.

The PFA flaring process is technically demanding and requires a skilled operator and appropriate experience. Before performing PFA flaring, please read and follow the relevant operating guidelines and safety specifications in detail.
